Wanted to install an AC in my home and eventually settled on a furnace replacement + AC install + energy management device to work within 100A limit of home. Installation went OK, but required some follow-ups to finally meet inspection requirements. Before agreeing to the work I'd asked by email for a specific energy management device to share load between the house and de-energize my EV charger when needed, but resulting install was configured to de-energize the AC unit being installed. Now after 4mo of back-and-forth with Direct Buy Furnace CEO and their sub-contractors, CEO is insisting this was not actually agreed to and that I would have to pay to have the unit reconfigured to my original request and also that I shouldn't need what I'd asked for anyway. I would not recommend working with this company

Excellent service and very professional! These guys are very knowledgeable and courteous . The job took 3 days and when they finished they left the site clean and made sure everything was explained. Thank you Braydon, Shahin and Nick. I was very impressed with their estimator( Joshua) and their supervisor (Terry) who made sure I was happy with the finished product. Definitely recommend them!!!

Initial confusion about A/C model required for size of house, lineset required and slim duct covers needed. Crew installed A/C lineset through interior joists to garage and out to back yard, so less lineset was required, but they neglected to bring the slim duct covers and initially just covered the exterior lineset with black duct tape, which looked terrible. Contacted Direct Buy estimator and 2nd crew came and installed exterior slim duct covers, in a timely manner. Photos showing the duct tape version and the slim duct cover version appear below. Very please with final results.

Had hot water installed couple years ago. Had a problem, with some time and effort, Frank got in touch. Appreciated his follow up and his dedication to his reputation and expectation of work performed meeting a standard. Adjusted / tweaked what was necessary and hopeful

Ever since I’ve called this company to set up an appointment and for them to come assess my home and installing the heating/AC system, I was pleased with their patience and professionalism in showing myself and my family how to operate the thermostat and etc. I’m more than glad to witness their amazing service. Direct Buy was a good buy. They are a no nonsense outfit that gets the job done quickly and professionally. Old style cast iron Slant Finn boiler removed and replaced in one day! We saw neighbors use a local company and it took them 3-4 days to re and re. After shopping around for pricing, I'm glad we chose Direct Buy Furnace. Edward Davis
