    Amazing Experience

    We were put in touch with Floors Direct North through our insurance after some water damage to our home. Martin, Jeanie, Fraidoon and the rest of the team at Floors Direct were absolutely incredible. They gave us such helpful advice choosing flooring, recommending options that would work best for us from their massive inventory. They were always available to answer our questions and the instillation was fast and efficient with real care taken for our space and belongings. They really know their stuff and are lovely people to work with. I am thrilled with how things went and I would use Floors Direct North for any projects I might have in the future.

    New floors and stairs

    Exceptional service from Jeannie and everyone at Floors Direct North. The process was professional from start to finish. From selection of flooring and colours, to delivery of flooring, and installation of flooring, all was delivered on-time and installed on-time. Installers were great, always on-time, easily approachable, professional and courteous. Thank you All!

    New floors - service

    We had a flood and needed our floors replaced on one level of our home and also had our carpet replaced, including a stair runner. Jeannie and her team were beyond pleasant and professional to deal with from day one. The stress of the whole situation was terrible and Jeannie and her team took away much of that stress. She was always accessible and friendly on all calls and in person. Thank you Floors Direct North for a positive experience and a job well done!

    Basement Flooring

    We are incredibly happy with the flooring that has been installed in our home. Jeannie was a tremendous help in finding a great match with the existing wood flooring in our home, it is almost seamless. She gave us a lot of time and suggestions which helped us to find the right fit. We can't speak highly enough about their installers, Fraidoon and his team. They were incredibly professional, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. In addition, they stayed late into the night on a Saturday to ensure that the job was completed. I would recommend Floor Direct North to anyone that that is looking for new flooring and want to work with a company and people that will work with you.

    Floor Installation - Amazing!

    We live in a condo and there was a fire in the unit above us causing the sprinkler system to go off. This caused major water damage to our unit since we are directly under the unit that had the fire. We were living in a concrete jungle. Due to some issues with insurance and our property mgmt, we were not able to get our floors done for just over 3months. It was a very trying time but the team at Floors Direct North swooped in and saved the day! They helped us every step of the way, explaining how the process works. Simply put, they were an absolute dream to work with. I cannot express enough just how awesome the whole team is! From the coordination to the picking of the new flooring to the installation and finally the clean up. This is our first time having to do this so we are newbies to this whole process. We may have asked some dumb questions but the team never made us feel bad. They were so patient and kind. I am so grateful to everyone who helped us out during this difficult time. Thank you Floors Direct North!! If you need flooring done, I suggest going with Floors Direct North. They actually care about their clients and never make you feel bad. They go above and beyond to help you every step of the way.

    Main floor and stairs

    The entire team at Floors Direct North were a pleasure to deal with. Mohammad was attentive and knowledgeable and saw my project through to completion with care and flexibility. Steve and his fellow installers were super professional and did an amazing job. I am absolutely satisfied with the service, product quality, price, installation and post-installation follow up. Highly recommend them.

    Professional from start to finish

    I recently had Floors Direct North put hardwood in my 2nd story and change the stairway carpet runner. It was a fairly large project. The pricing was in line with other quotes that I received and in my opinion, quite reasonable. Their customer service was excellent. All through the project, they set precise expectations and met every meeting and every commitment exactly on time. The crew that they sent to do the installation were professional and did a flawless job. Floors Direct North gets my full recommendation.
