Had a downspout that froze over during the winter. Slavik was quick to respond and promptly replaced the downspout. Due to a miscommunication around orientation and grading, the initial installation resulted in an ice dam at the end of the downspout and water leaking through the elbow joint next to the property. Slavik was again prompt to respond- he recognized the mistake and came back to address the issue at no additional cost. The downspout has worked perfectly since then. Moreover, Slavik's suggestion of re-routing the downspout through some hedges have concealed it nicely. Overall very pleased with the responsiveness & quality of work- highly recommend Gitano.

Ask for a repair for a blown off cap in the late afternoon and Slavik came and repaired it next day. It's a small job but also did a thorough check on all the other shingles on the roof. Will save it for future jobs

Gitano Roofing replaced most of the shingles on my very irregularly shaped roof about 10 years ago. I noticed a couple of leaks and when I called Slavik quickly came to my house to address the issue. At the same time he pointed out that one flat section of the roof had not been touched before and that area, along with an adjacent chimney with crumbling mortar, was likely causing the problems I was experiencing. Slavik's crew replaced the roof and I was provided with great before and after photos that showed the work had been done very well. A couple of days after the roof work was completed, it poured rain and everything inside remained dry.

Slavik was quick to come out in a couple of days despite his busy schedule. This is the second time we used this team as the first time was also a great experience.

Very professional, inspected our roof and replaced the missing/damaged shingles on the spot, also provided photos of the before and after which was helpful, and to our relief repair was completed accordingly. Really appreciate Slaviks input and expertise. Definitely recommend him and his team to our friends and family without any hesitation!

My experience getting a new roof with Gitano Roofing was positive and worry-free. I found the quote to be reasonable, and I liked that it included the brand name of the shingles and available colours. Throughout the project Sabrina and Vishal were attentive, and quick to answer any questions by email or text. The foreman and crew were professional hard-working. They finished the project in one day, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I can say that I am very happy with my new roof. It looks great!

Slavik is a professional that inspected the roof and check everything at not cost, provided some recommendation but we where really happy about his honesty and professionalism.

Had a roof leak and contacted a couple of people. Slavik from Gitano came out promptly, went on the roof and gave us an estimate along with pictures. Was clear on what the issue was, why it happens and explained the resolution. Came back as scheduled the next business day (after the long weekend) and fixed it. Our experience: - He was timely, professional and very courteous. - Performed the work and inspected for any other potential issues, showed us pictures of what had been repaired. Spent the time to do a complete job and cleaned up after. - Very careful, ensured walls did not get scratched, footwear was covered to protect the carpet - basically respected our home. (details matter) Now we have a roofing company we trust. Thank you Slavik!
