Cost of labour only including electrical. This included extra labour costs for heated floor levelling and removal of bulkhead demolition materials. Does not include bathroom fixtures, tiles, vanity, paint, heated towel bar, fan, flooring, hardware. Mr Build demolished and rebuilt ensuite bathroom replacing bathtub with shower. Contractor was skilled in plumbing, minor electrical, drywalling, demolition, heated floor & towel bar installation, ceiling scrape, reduction of ceiling bulkhead over shower, floor & tile installation, skilled in craftsman quality finishing. Contractor worked diligently from 9am to 3pm with only a lunch break.

I was very happy with the results of the ceiling renovation and Mr.Buikds professionalism .Would 10/10 recommend them.

Mr Build is a very great company to work with. This is the second project they have done for me. They are detailed, efficient, and very tidy! This project was done while I was away, and the building concierges had no complaints about the workers.

We needed existing coat closet modified to maximize storage ability and ease of use. Mr. Build did great design of alteration. Work was performed quickly and excellently, we are very pleased with result. Have used Mr. Build many times in the past as well and certainly will use them again.
