High Definition is awesome. Our existing roof had multiple issues, and they were able to overcome all the obstacles, and still install a beautiful new roof quickly. This is the second time we have hired High Definition and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys are amazing! Dave, Harrison and the whole HD Roofing team definitely go above and beyond in customer service and in the work they do on your house. They truly care if the customer is completely happy with the job they do. They replaced our roof several years ago and then came back to replace all the vents when they found they were defective from the manufacturer. They recently replaced our no-leak skylight when it started leaking and dealt with the manufacturer for us when they wouldn't do anything about it. I would highly recommend these guys! They definitely deserve all the awards and great reviews they've been receiving.

An extreme winter storm caused significant damage to our aged cedar shake roof. The shakes were compromised and began to leak. We had to quickly tarp the roof to avoid further damage. We needed help as soon as possible. I had had the opportunity of observing 'High Definition' roofing a neighbours home two years prior and had been at that time impressed with both their efficiency and craftsmanship. I called them, described the situation, and their manager appeared almost immediately. We discussed the terms of the installation, and their team was on the site within a few days. High definition more or less came to our rescue. Their team arrived; the material and crane arrived; and the job was completed in what amounted to a four day time frame. The company did an exceptional job in less than perfect weather. Many neighbours have made a point of complimenting us on the look of our new roof. Upon completion there was one small ding on the front eves trough. When I drew their attention to it, the entire front eve was replaced within two days without further discussion. I much appreciated the job they did for us, and would heartily recommend High Definition without hesitation. My thanks to all the H.D. guys. Professional, courteous roofing crew. Rain was in the forecast before the roofers could get to our home so High Definition sent employees out to put a waterproof membrane on the roof. Quality product, excellent workmanship with a few little extras. The clean-up was perfect too - no nails no debris left behind. We were so pleased with our roof we had High Definition install gutters too again a timely installation with friendly service.

Excellent Job done. Removed the old cedar shakes, cleaned up completely and put on the shingles. The crew was great too, working long hours in some very warm weather and all had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. And I might add they were exactly on what the said their estimate would be.

Sought estimates from seven different roofing companies and although High Definition Roofing were not the cheapest, they definitely gave the Best bang for the buck. Extremely meticulous from ripping off the old cedar shakes (covered the garden flowers and bushes with plywood and tarps), to spreading the load of shingles over the roof so not to put too much weight in one area. The PABCO Paramount Advantage shingles they installed are exceptionally thick and heavy shingles but have a 3D depth that looks like cedar shakes. They were very professional and tidy throughout the entire project. Well done goes to Dave and his team! Dave and his crew replaced our old shake roof in Duncan with a new shingle roof. There work was superb, the workers were diligent, tidy and friendly and the cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We had High Definition Roofing, Duncan, BC replace our roof, gutters, facia and soffit - they did an excellent job, and were the utmost in professionalism from start to finish and provided excellent quality work on our home. My husband used to be in the construction trade for many years and he is very picky and expects very high quality results. High Definition Roofing met his criteria and exceeded it with their attention to detail. We would recommend High Definition Roofing they provide sound work and stand behind their service to the homeowner.

Dave Niebergall, Harrison Hiscock and their team of skilled roofers at High Definition Roofing installed a new roof for us in October and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From the initial quote through the installation they were a pleasure to deal with. All interactions with High Definition Roofing were professional and helpful from management to all of the crew onsite. They had to deal with some inclement weather and made their decisions on how to proceed based only on the quality of the finished product. We'd gladly recommend them to friends and family looking to replace a roof.

The HD roofing company did a superb job on a very steep roof with nine sky lights.There were as many as eight workers on the roof at any given time and they were always tethered to the roof. The job was done in a very efficient and timely manner. The crew were very polite and left the property clean every day. We are extremely happy with the end result.
