Fourth time we had gotten a project done with Lee in the past 8 years, this time to install Ikea Pax wardrobes. We had high expectations for his quality of work from our past projects and he did not disappoint. With the high precision in his trim work, he is able to make the wardrobe look built in and custom. One of the bedroom had lower ceilings so Lee had to cut bottom of the cabinets to lower their height. It is almost impossible to tell that those cabinets have been modified due to the accuracy in his work and his ability to find solutions to tricky situations. Lee has been able maintain his already very high level of quality over the years and we will not hesitate to use his services again for our next project.

Through a personal referral, my wife and I were able to secure a meeting with LS KITCHEN SPECIALISTS, to discuss our plans, coordinate our execution, and to hear what suggestions they could provide. Our project involved four facets: Kitchen Cabinets, Countertops, a new backsplash, and extended or expand our kitchen space. The cabinets were certainly an easy solution, as LS Kitchen Specialists provided solid, resourceful experience in their layout and installation. Based on our overall desired look and feel, LS Kitchen Specialists recommended a quartz countertop supplier, that has been working with LS Kitchen Specialists for many years with great success and of course with utmost customer satisfaction as we did a bit of research on the recommended supplier. We could not be happier with the end product!! Our countertops are absolutely gorgeous and certainly at a very competitive rate. Once the countertops were installed, LS Kitchen Specialists made short work of backsplash tiles that typically others try to stay away from. We can certainly appreciate a labour professional respecting our wishes, and always promoting a very positive “can-do” attitude. Certainly seems LS Kitchen Specialist is truly loving up to the old saying “Big or Small, We do it All”. Then finally, our desire to expand our kitchen into the adjacent Dining Room was met with the disappointing news that the wall separating the two spaces was a Structural Wall. This would require a very significant investment in time and funds, that would actually not provide the desired result, and still having to maintain a supporting wall inconveniently situated. Not shy to think outside the box, LS kitchen Specialists took a survey of the adjacent spaces and structures, to determine very convincingly, that our Sunken Living Room could very well be turned into our dining room, with a couple of modifications to accommodate a more functional flow to the area. LS Kitchen Specialists removed a banister separating the kitchen and the sunken area, and added a half-step platform to ease moving in and out of the sunken area, where we now have our dining room with a great view out of our Bay Window. It is great to have breakfast in a room flooded by daylight. Our overall experience amazingly pleasant. LS Kitchen Specialists made coordinating of materials, installation, trash removal, and working with other trades a very smooth experience. We are very satisfied with the finished product and we are also very proud of how much we were able to accomplish with LS Kitchen Specialists! Highly and Strongly recommend this young crew of varied skills, especially as they are accompanied and supported by great resources and relationships they have developed and maintain. We are very, very satisfied. On budget and On time.

We looked at about 5 different companies to do the install for us and LS Kitchen appeared to be the most responsive, fairly priced and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the install and they went out of their way to give us good ideas on improving upon what the Ikea people designed. Thanks guys, actually going to contact you now for a new job!

We hired Lee for the third time to do a custom closet in our baby’s nursery. As always, Lee did a fantastic job with exceptional attention to detail. The custom design was creative and maximized storage space while accommodating a sloped ceiling. Lee consulted with us throughout the project and suggested enhancements to the design as the project moved along. He worked quickly and efficiently and was careful to prevent dust and debris from making their way to other areas of the house. Lee’s talent, creativity and character have quickly made him our ‘go to’ for all projects in our home.

This is a second kitchen that Lee has done for us and we are very happy with the result. The service was very smooth and end to end, from helping with the design to placing the order with IKEA, to completing the project on time and budget exactly according to plan. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom. Can't wait for Lee to come back in 2021 and do our bathrooms. Thank you!

I have used Lee's services four times now, for different kitchen and closet projects in two of my homes. The first project was a small, 80 square-foot kitchen renovation in a tiny Toronto bungalow. Lee's expertise in planning helped us maximize the space and kept the cost very reasonable. When we moved into a new house in 2015, we had a limited budget but needed additional cabinets. Lee provided design services and excellent suggestions to maximize the space while also recognizing our budget constraints. He also did a fantastic job of building custom closets and a window bench for our daughter's bedroom, repurposing ikea materials that had been previously used in another room. Finally, last summer Lee provided a full kitchen reno for us, including gutting our main floor, partially removing a wall (but keeping the existing wainscoting and trim), all new tile, new cabinetry, lighting, plumbing and backsplash. He did all of this on time and on budget. One particularly tricky area was tiling our front hallway and kitchen, which was not level. He did an excellent job and the workmanship was top-notch (no cracked grout!). He also recommended really excellent countertop installers. Renovations are messy, stressful and expensive, but Lee made it so much easier on us. All in all, we have been very pleased with Lee's services. He is professional and kind and has always been very good to both myself and my young family, and takes the time to keep the worksite clean and safe, which is a huge relief when you have young children. We highly, highly recommend Lee's services. It is so hard to find a good contractor and he is one of the best.

Bathroom reno #1 done. What a difference! -new tiles, sink, toilet, patched and painted the walls and baseboards, caulking, replaced dated light fixtures with new pot lights. Great workmanship; Lee is a great guy, honest and cooperative. A+++ Will be booking him to do another 2 bathrooms ASAP!!!!

I just popped in here to find Lee's phone number, and realized I didn't write a review after the first job he did for me! Lee and his guys did a complete kitchen gut/reno for me about 8 years ago, and I still smile every time I look at it. I have referred him to several people, and they are all extremely happy too. He is brilliant when it comes to kitchen design and planning, and his work is stellar. He is an amazing problem-solver, and is most concerned that the client sees their vision come to fruition -- because he takes such pride in his work. I called him an 'artiste'! He also took the confusion and overwhelm out of it for me. He said there is no problem that doesn't have a solution -- and he very creatively solved a couple of them for me. He put me totally at ease, and took all the stress out of the situation. The job was also done within budget and time-frame. Don't think twice ... just call Lee!
