the unit was great, but the communication was not great. we were told that we could rent a truck any time, and they always had them available. not true. they also kept billing us even though we paid up front.

Simply self storage offered just what I needed-good sized lockers. The facility is well maintained and I found the customer service to be a very pleasant experience. Gave me 1 month free which was great! No hesitation in recommending for you storage needs.

recently rented a storage from them. location and services are good. i also like the access hours. I got 1 month free storage rental from them as a promotion. The manager there did a great job recommending different sizes of storage. i will continue renting storage with them. great service.

Convenient location, clean facility. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Staff was helpful in finding the right size of locker to fit my budget and needs. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is a a very clean and well built facility. Large bright lockers, with easy access to the airport and downtown Richmond. Very professional staff.The facility is fully monitored , safe and secure. Probably the cleanest and nicest facilities of its kind in the lower mainland.
