Very impressed with In Awe Roofing! They responded to our call in a timely manner, and Justin conducted the inspection as arranged, complete with pictures to accompany their estimate for repairs that might be needed. Extremely professional and well-run company, with pleasant and helpful staff that answer any questions regarding the process. We haven't decided on the recommended repairs yet, but will be discussing it and looking at the pictures. They obviously care about their customers a lot, and in this day and age, that is priceless.

We have used In Awe roofing twice, and they did an excellent job correcting deficiencies in the original roofing of a new home we had purchased. They are easy to work with, and clearly communicate at each phase of the roof repair to ensure that we were happy with the results. We have not had any leaks since their repair, and we are glad that they did such a thorough job in inspecting our roof, finding all the deficiencies, and correcting them.

On Christmas Eve Day, I noticed a stain on my ceiling. Upon inspection, I could see water coming in via my plumbing stack. I called in Awe Roofing and since they were close by, Rick dropped by and visually inspected the roof from the ground, as the roof was covered in snow. I knew he couldnt have a tech on the roof in snow, so I wrapped towels around the stack and called him back as soon as the snow had subsided. He quickly had a tech on site, and had our roof repaired quickly. Within a few days, I had before and after photos of the repair job. I was extremely pleased with Rick and his team. Rick responded quick and his tech was prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend In Awe Roofing to anyone looking for a reputable roofer.

In Awe was recommended by a trusted neighbour. Our skylight was leaking due to improper installation from another roofing company- who was now shut down and out of buisness- voiding any warranty. We went with In Awe and finally had quality service and professionalism. They came and patched our skylight immediately and then came to fix the entire skylight soon thereafter. We were beyond pleased to not have water leaking from the roof and they explained what needed to be done and why. We truly could not be happier with their services and now have peace of mind dealing with a reputable company. Now we know whom to call- In Awe- for all our roofing needs.

We hired In Awe Roofing to fix a shoddy job done by another roofing company who when shingling this roof (10 years ago) did not put new shingles underneath where the covered deck attaches. We just purchased this home and noticed the bad workmanship. In Awe Roofing was prompt in sending someone over to give us a quote and then to complete the work. Thank you for a job well done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rick the owner responded to my email right away and came out to see the problem. He scheduled his crew to come and do the work within a week. Mark came and was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have him come back a week or so later and there was no issue with a return. Mark tried another solution and again he was great. If I was to need any other roofing needs I would be sure to contact them. As a FYI, I had tried to connect with three other companies with no response.

In Awe was excellent to work with from quote to project completion. Their communication and clean-up were top-notch. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house in Langley and wanted the roof and gutters inspected to be ready for winter. Rick and Nicole followed up with an estimate quickly and in detail. We had gutter guards installed after cleaning and some gutter leaks repaired. Loose shingles were repaired or replaced. Rick found that the ridge vents were actually not installed properly and that was why the attic was very warm. Proper roof vents were installed and we also had 4 telescopic skylights installed to let in some natural light to the 2nd floor. All the work were done properly by well trained roofers. I highly recommend Rick and his wife, Nicole, is looking after your roofing and gutter needs.

I would recommend this roofing company. They are reliable, confirmed date of work, and did a great job. They put up mesh to stop birds from nesting, as requested.

In Awe Roofing was fantastic ! We would give them 100 Stars if that were possible. They fixed the flaws and leaks from a previous roofing company and the leaks from a Glazing company that had been hired to replace the glass in the skylight roof. All of the staff from In Awe were extremely professional, personable and determined to fix the problems created by others . Thanks also to Nicole and Rick for keeping us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with the results and would use them again for any future needs and highly recommend them .
