We had badly weathered torch on gutters, some critter damage and downpipes previously installed with only an inch diameter. In Awe Roofing ( Mark and crew) did a fantastic job and were extremely professional and accommodating. We are very happy with the result and the cost was very fair.All the issues were addressed and repaired. Thanks also to Rick and Nicole who kept us informed as to progress and when the work would be done as it was very weather dependent. I will totally recommend this company.

Amazingly professional company!! Throughout covid issues, staffing shortages and weather events Nicole kept me well informed about the status of my project and the anticipated date of service delivery. I have never felt so "part of a team" in any home repair project. Unlike some other companies I have hired, In Awe Roofing has a solid committment to customer care...and after the roof was done, they followed up to insure everything was to my satisfaction. In Awe Roofing installed our roof in 2017. This Spring (2022) I was blowing leaves etc. off the roof and noticed serious damage in numerous places. If this was not repaired very quickly, the roof would leak with damage to the house. What to do? I called In Awe Roofing and a person came out the next morning to assess the damage. He said it was extensive and required immediate repair. This was done the same day and the roof is now as "good as new". It turns out that a racoon tried to enter our attic through the roof, was unable to do so, but ended up in the attic of our next door neighbor. He had to replace his entire roof. Anyway - all is well that ends well. I am totally grateful to the wonderful people at In Awe Roofing who dealt with this potential disaster in an extremely prompt and professional manner. This is truly a great company!

They were quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. The workmanship was excellent and the crew thoroughly cleaned up along the way. We hired In Awe in 2019 to replace our roof and recently I contacted Rick to request a minor repair that had arisen since the roof was installed. Rick gave me a date and one of his technicians came as scheduled and completed the repair within 20 mins. In Awe repaired our roof very well. The previous roofers tried twice and failed. In Awe came to evaluate the problem, offered solutions and we picked what we thought would be best. They came back to fix the roof and we haven't had any more leaks. We also asked for roof cleaning but they told us it was unnecessary which saved us some money as well.

We were entering the rainy season, when water was detected in the carpet by the fireplace of our newly renovated living room. I arranged for a roofing company to find and patch the leak; however, after two attempts with now luck, I decided to find someone else. I reached out to Mr. Ward, who had done the renovations, looking for a recommendation(s). By 9:30 PM, that night, I had an email from Rick, owner of In Awe Roofing, to say they would be in touch the next morning to get the process going. After the roof had been inspected, I was briefed. I shown the key pictures and told of their significance. With the leak stopped, I had three quotes to work with and the choice was obvious. The briefing, pictures, and the quote were in keeping with our renovation. Do it right, with people who know. Prior to the start of work, Nicole emailed me to indicate, weather permitting, that the work would be done soon. A day or so later, I was informed that it would start the next day. The work lasted three days. Mark arrived and he briefed me on his plans for day. Shortly after, I meet Rick who clearly was in charge and confirmed to me that he was well aware of job to be done. Rick dropped by each day. On the third day, he arrived just as Mark was packing up to leave. Mark briefed him and responded to a few questions. Job done. The work site was left clean and tidy each day. The invoice came with 101 pictures covering the assessment, and each day of work. I was impressed with the people, the firm and their work. From beginning to end we were impressed with the communication and expertise that was brought to the job. When we moved into our home, the side of the building was missing flashing causing the structure to take on water. Adam assessed the job, gave us multiple options, and even made a special trip to make a temporary fix because it was raining before the materials arrived. We were 100% happy with the service and professionalism of In Awe. Thank you!

Skylight on the roof of our Modular Home was leaking. We contacted a roofing company to come and identify the problem and let us know what needed to be done. We were told that not only did the skylight have to be replaced but that a whole new roof was needed at a cost of almost $15,000. As the modular is only 10 years old we felt we needed another quote so contacted In-Awe Roofing. A technician immediately came, completed a full assessment of the roof, and provided us with pictures and a recap of what needed to be done. We were told the roof could be easily repaired for approx. $1500 and that it did not need to be replaced. Given the vastly different recommendations we had received from these companies we contacted In-Awe again to ensure that only a repair was necessary and not a replacement. To reassure us, Rick, the owner came to do his own comprehensive assessment and then spent considerable time reviewing his findings with us. He confirmed that only a few minor repairs and a light maintenance was required as the main roofing system was in excellent condition and had a minimum of 8-10 years of life remaining. A short time thereafter Rick's highly skilled team had the work completed to perfection. To say that In-Awe Roofing exceeded our expectations would be a huge understatement. Their customer service levels, from the moment you speak to Nicole on the phone to working with Rick and his crew, are second to none. And the honesty and integrity with which they run their company is an invaluable bonus you get as a customer when you do business with them.
