Had a frozen water pipe and could not get a plumber to show up. Plumber MD showed up when they were supposed to and completed the work as required. Our plumber also completed some other work in the house that needed attention.

I'm very impressed with the service that I just received from Morley. I was forced to turn the water off in my home due to a malfunctioning toilet....very inconvient! I called Plummer MD and Morley responded in very short order. He arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Once here, he efficiently had my problem resolved within 1/2 hour! I found Morley to be very knowledgeable and personable and would definitely use his services again. Thanks Morley! Gail Pitt

very pleased with entire process from initial contact, including timely estimate, quality of work and follow up. Morley and Ryan were most helpful in suggesting best alternatives for relocation/replacement of plumbing lines in flooded basement remodel. Would not hesitate to use them again and based on my experience would highly recommend.

Plumber M.D. was our first and only plumber call following the flooding of our basement. There was no need to solicit multiple quotes when we already knew someone who was fair, knowledgeable and provided exemplary work. Morley (Owner) had corrected previous plumbing issues in our 65 year old house in the past, including issues other plumbers were stumped by. This time around they replaced all our below slab piping (and patched the concrete), installed a new back flow valve, replaced the old galvanized and cast iron pipe throughout the house, installed a tankless hot water heater and a water softener, plumbed and outfitted the relocated basement bathroom and laundry room and corrected a few lingering problems with main floor fixtures. We now feel like we have a new house and needn't worry about our plumbing again. Morley bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule. Morley and Ryan are friendly, prompt, tidy, innovative and provide an attention to detail rarely found. I do not hesitate to recommend Plumber M.D. and give them a 10/10 rating. We contracted MD Plumber to do a furnace maintenance and to help with a three slow drains and a smelly kitchen drain in our home. The man sent out was a furnace guy and not a plumber, therefore couldn't do the drain snaking as we originally asked for and was just given an agent to pour down the drains which worked on two of the three and did nothing to help the smell in the kitchen. The furnace maintenance was done with so far no concerns hence the 1 star given. We were told that Morley would come by that night to look at the kitchen sink which was still slow and smelly, and to give us the invoice for work done. He was a no show. 2wks passed before we heard from them and were given the excuse of them being busy etc, but that Morley would "make it a priority" to come and deal with the unfinished work. 3 more weeks passed with no word, but then a bill for $600 arrived in the mail for the furnace work and the bottles of drain cleaner that had been used. We paid to get rid of them. We had already called another company for help and the issue had needed an actual plumber and was fixed within 24hrs of calling them for a very reasonable price. I would never recommend MD Plumber to anyone after this terrible lack of professionalism.

Our hot water sprung a leak and needed to be replaced, of course when it was -26 and on a Sunday afternoon. Morley answered right away and sent someone over promptly Monday am. He also informed me that our tank may still be under warranty. He went out of his way making sure that he got the same tank so it would be replaced under the warranty and contacting the HW tank company to make sure we would be reimbursed for the tank. It's nice to find someone that looks out for the clients best interest. Ryan, the plumber who came to do the install was also extremely clean. He laid down drop mats from our front door all the way to the furnace room so nothing would get on our hardwood, tile and carpets. I wish all service guys were this clean! I also had them install new kitchen touch tap ad hoc which he did very quickly. would highly recommend this company. Don't bother phoning around, just call these folks!

Having received plumbing estimates from various contractors to put the pieces of our basement together post-flood, we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Plumber MD. The minute I first spoke with Morley (owner) on the phone I knew I had found the right contractor. He juggled his schedule to accommodate our job as could sense our stress, always answered the phone himself whenever we called, showed up when he said he would, provided a very competitive and reasonable quote and over delivered in every aspect. His team was professional, courteous and he always showed up to check on things. I would not hesitate to recommend Morley and Plumber MD to anyone and will be keeping him in my roladex of trusted resources for any future work that might need to be done. A rare combination of trust, delivery on expectations and competitive value - hard to find!

Morley & Team are punctual & professional. Morley took the time to call to confirm the time he would arrive which was most appreciated. The plumbing work order was done efficiently & neatly. We were pleased with the outcome. Their work ethic is exemplary. I would highly recommend Plumber MD Ltd.

Morley and his crew are courteous, prompt and do a great job. Morley answered the phone himself within 3 rings the first time I called him and every time since. He shows up when he says he is going to. The job was done neatly and far above my expectations.There was no ridiculous attempt at an up-sell. Then cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Morley anytime.

I booked an appointment with Morley last week. When he and his partner showed up they quick identified the problem and fixed the problem. They were on time (even phoned me to tell me he can come early) to do the job right, I will recommend Plumber MD to anyone.
