I needed waterproofing at an investment property in Etobicoke. We bought the building and waterproofing had been done on it before but it continued to leak. I chose Zibi from Logos Waterproofing out of 3 candidates b/c he provided the best price and had lots of experience. He did the job very quickly, cleaned up the mess and we've had no issues since.
