    New Build Nightmare

    I had high hopes for my EQ home but the experience has turned into a nightmare. If you are considering purchasing,I would highly suggest you reconsider. This is not my first home or new build home so I understand what homeownership entails. My last home was with a builder with a “bad” reputation. The finish work, craftsmanship and attention to detail of that company far exceeds EQ. All I can say is thank goodness for Tarion warranty, money well spent. How EQ deals with multiple ongoing issues within the home continues to be unsatisfactory. Fool me once #neveragainEQ

    New House in Equinelle

    We feel so fortunate to have found EQ Homes for our new build in Equinelle. From the initial sales meeting with Marissa, to the design process at the decor centre with Shannon and to our on-site frame walks with Josiah and Mark, everyone has made us feel as though our house was their most important project. Every request we've had has been addressed and everyone we've dealt with has been professional, courteous and attentive. We are thrilled to be working with such a caring builder and can't recommend them highly enough.
