Trim or Remove Trees, Shrubs or Hedges
Easily the most disappointing service we've ever worked with in Toronto. We wanted to buy a single small tree and get it planted in our backyard. It took a dozen phone calls, a year and a half (!), and $1300 to get our tree planted, and then we never heard from them again, despite repeatedly asking them about care instructions. The following spring, the tree was clearly not thriving, and after another $150 and 5 phone calls (two of them after we had already given them them money but they simply didn't bother sending anyone), someone came, said we should have cared for it differently (which might be true! but they never told us how to care for it, despite us trying to find out!), and said it would have to be replaced. Never again.

Consistently excellent work
Tree Doctors just helped us out for the third time (2014, 2019 and 2024), and we're really happy. We had a tree in the back of our house maybe twice the height of a telephone poll all caught up in wires that was a problematic species, as well as pruning a few trees. Another time we had a crabapple in front that had problems and needed to be removed and general pruning. Now we had them review our trees and they recommended leaving the tall service berry as is but pruning our apple tree and small service berry tree. High trustworthy, and highly recommended

Did a good job and very tidy, they cleaned up after completion . Have no problem recommending them and will use them again if needed.

Great Job!
We recently hired Tree Doctors for the cutting and stump removal of a large Blue Spruce in our yard, and we couldn't be happier with their service! The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and leaving the area spotless after the job. The entire process was clean, organized, and efficient. Huge diseased Ash tree removal
Tree Doctors are 1 of 2 companies that bid tree removal services including a stump grinding option. Tree Doctors was the lower quotation and included applying to Mississauga for the Tree Removal Permit. The day before the removal they posted notices on the doors of the neighbours who could be impacted by the noise of the chain saws and woodchipper. The tree canopy was large and filled the area between 2 Alectra feeds to adjoining houses. The crew took their time, coordinated their aerial and on-ground activities and was safety conscious. When the tree was down to the stump they raked up all the saw dust, small branches and debris. A few days later the stump grinding was completed. Tree Doctors are experienced, safety conscious professionals who communicate proactively and do a fantastic job!

Service
The service requested was not particularly complicated or hard to do, but the best thing was to have fast estimate and the following service. The fruit tree has been cut and the spot cleared from debris. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Tree Doctors services.

Very satisfied
I manage several townhouse projects and the owners were very satisfied with Tree Doctors service. They communicate effectively, arrive on time, perform work professionally and clean-up thoroughly.

Pruning trees at the back of our house, overlooking our courtyard.
The Tree Doctors are true pros. Their representative came, assessed the situation very quickly, sent an estimate quickly with photos and description of the job that needed to be done. We booked an appointment and the pruning technician came within a few days and was very knowledgeable and very courteous -- his team did the job exactly as proposed and quoted. I'd use them again in a minute. The are reliable, and provide the best customer service.

Multiple Tree Removal
I have had 5 trees on my yard all removed by Tree Doctors. A 40' Pine, 50' Elderberry, 40' Pine 2 30' Birches all been removed by Tree Doctors. I received Quotes within 5 days , work was then scheduled and work completed within 3 weeks. All quotes were less expensive than all other contractors contacted. I would recommend Tree Doctors to anyone needing tree maintenance. Great Company
