    Excellent company

    These folks were outstanding. We had two very dangerous and very large dead trees to remove surrounded by utility lines and hovering over our house. The team were like surgeons, I'm still amazed they managed to get those down without snagging any lines. On top of that they pruned two near tree size limbs overhanging our neighbor's property. GREAT pricing and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

    Very happy with their work

    I called for a quote for tree removal. The manager responded quickly and met us that afternoon to give us a quote on tree removal and stump grinding. His quote was very fair and reasonable. We had a very large old tree in the backyard that needed to be removed due to disease and an upcoming addition. On the day of work, the crew showed up early and got right to work. They removed the tree, its extending roots system and agreed to remove some additional yard waste we had from a bush we removed. We also had them grind an additional stump we had in the front. The additional costs were minimal and quickly. We will definitely use them again for our future arbor needs. They are responsive, quick and very professional.

    Passionate team with amazing service

    Professional people from client support (iris) to the team that trimmed our tree (Shawn and Andrew) as well as arborist (glen) They explained to us the process on the phone, budget, sent our arborist the next day who worked in pouring rain. The team arrived early at 7:45 to prep and finished everything and cleaned up on time. Lots of courtesy to our neighbours and several neighbours also came to ask for referral. Very happy overall and will use treedoctor again!

    Good work

    Very professional and efficient crew. During the evaluation and estimate, they made sure to understand what I needed done. When the crew showed up, they got right to work - finished trimming 5 trees and removing 1 in half a day with no damage to surrounding trees and bushes. I highly recommend this tree service as they were polite and worked hard on the job.

    Quality work done

    After researching a few tree companies in my surrounding area, a friend referred me to Tree Doctors and we are so glad he did! Not only was everyone professional, and timely in all responses but the entire field and office staff were friendly via email, phone and in person! At every step we could tell they run their business with integrity and values. We requested the tree removal and stump grinding services. We were impressed by the tree removers’ skills and ability to get the job done quickly. Their communication made this such a smooth, easy process and their prices are very reasonable.

    Tree Pruning

    Contacted in February, recommended a late May tree pruning and that they would contact me at that point with a confirmed date. They followed through with a mid-May text to confirm a late May appointment. Service was excellent. Payment as easy.

    Amazing job

    They were the only tree service that responded to my email requests promptly. I'd had tree removals done in the past, so the quote was pretty much what I expected. It was 15 foot tall tree with a 2 foot diameter. They showed up a little early and were done in an hour. The team was very nice, their assistant in the office was responsive to email and the workers were careful around the rest of the landscaping.

    Awesome Tree Pruning service

    Adam at Tree Doctors gave us a great price on pruning dead wood, canopy lifting and thinning on a mature Honey Locust and Norway Maple. David the arborist and his helper did an amazing job pruning and cleaning up after their work even though the weather was terrible the day of the service. They took pride in their work and it shows for my neighbourhood to see. This is the 2nd time we have used Tree Doctors and will continue to use their services for future needs.     Hedge trimming

    We contacted Tree Doctors for a quote on trimming our hedge. We were impressed with the quality work by Darien and the team. Darien was detail oriented, meticulous and pleasant. The team also did a thorough job with the clean-up. We are delighted with the quality work and would have no problem contacting them again.

    Look no further!

    From the consultation and estimate to the final execution I was totally happy with this team. They did provided a fair quote in detail of the job, were able to come on an earlier date than their original estimated time and did exactly what we requested . They cleaned up the whole property wherever they worked AND they showed up in the window and date they promised . I would HIGHLY recommend Tree Dr.
