Alan and his team did good work in quoting and replacing the IKO Aristicate 25 shingles which deteriorated after 16 years. All service was prompt, of good quality and as per the quote. A roofing job well done.

Alan and his team has done a phenomenal job. They keep their words. Everything was done based on our initial agreement. They accomplished the job in timely manner also gave me update information on the progress. They did amazing job with reasonable price. I will recommend Alan his team for your next roofing project.

A few days back (March 20), we had the good fortune of having Alpha Roofing replace our roof and we could not be happier with the results. From the very first meeting with Jevy (Charlie) the estimator, we were highly impressed. He took meticulous measurements and inspected our roof thoroughly in order to give us an appropriate assessment of our existing roof conditions and subsequent cost to replace it. His presentation to the family was thorough and informative. He took the time to explain the entire process, outlining the available packages and the corresponding pricing. He even made available to us a highly comprehensive Roofing guide outlining the step by step roofing process along with samples of the materials suitable for our needs. He was truly a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and well-trained. On the mutually agreed upon day of installation, six highly skilled professionals came and attended to their tasks with thoroughness and efficiency. Upon completion of the project (about six hours), they proceeded to remove and dispose of all the relative debris. The clean up was done efficiently and with no damage to our property. We must compliment Charlie for going above and beyond to see that all my requests were satisfied and that I would have a pleasant experience. He even came by at the end to make sure that everything was completed according to contract specifications. Based on their high standards of craftsmanship shown to us, we would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Roofing for your next roof replacement project.

Absolutely terrible work!!!!. Sandy is not a nice person. He will not come back and fix the problem he created on my roof/garage. It floods all the time. He doesnt return calls. He does not stand by his work..if you can call it work!!! So bad!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Call them for a leaky flat roof. Two months later it was leaking again called they came to take pictures and now they dont remember.

Alpha reshingled our roof near the end of October 2023. Approximately 4 weeks later the roof began leaking into the kitchen and after numerous phone calls and messages, we finally reached them. We asked when they could come to take a look. Its now December 30th and they still haven't come back, even though there is a 10 year warranty on the new roof. If appears the shingles were installed by racking instead of stacking. Terrible service!!

Alpha Roofing did a fabulous job on our roof. Jevy was such a pleasure to deal with. They were fast and efficient. They did a great job with cleanup as well. I actually think it is cleaner then before they came. Would highly recommend them! 100%

I installed a new roof with Alpha a few months ago, and to say im disappointed with the results would be an understatement. They didnt even include a water and ice shield which is standard for most new roofing installations. I paid $700 additional for a drip edge, only to find out they installed a rake edge instead. There was an issue with the valley I expressly told them to patch up, and instead of fixing the underlying problem (pictured) they just worked around it. they were more interested in finishing early and getting paid than doing a good job. If youre paying in excess of eight thousand dollars for a new roof, you deserve considerably better treatment than this. Dont listen to the glowing reviews, they unfortunately rely on peoples ignorance on roofing, and roofing repair to garner good word of mouth (with a $50 kickback for a positive google review). if you take a detailed look at the work with a trained professional as I did after the fact, theyll tell you its its shoddy at best, and well below standard. Look elsewhere for your roofing needs, and dont fall into the same trap like I did.

Reply _ to my REVIEW is baseless , because he quoted me once you quote the client you cant say there was 2 layers or this and that . its your responsibility to check everything before you finalize and quote client. I post my edit Review until further company contact me . the job they did but the crew were rush. expect extra on spot. if not argue. they broke my home sign. plus the quotation was given to me by andrew , but the bill he sent was wrong , he admit , but said its not in my hand and he said he know the company will not pay back . they overcharge me $250 than then quotation on bill. THEY SENT ME MAIL THAT WE WILL SEND YOU $50 CHEQUE . SO FAR THATS 3RD MONTH, I haven't seen the cheque . dont do Promises to client which are not doing . once i receive i will edit the review. overall no good.

We were referred to Alpha Roofing by a close friend. We made an appointment and met and spoke with Andrew about requirements, quality, pricing, and what to expect. Andrew was very professional and helpful, we had a great experience and are very happy with the completed roofing job! It was completed July 14th and no complaints at all! The crew was also super professional and actually early , they made sure to do a very good clean up, and the job was completed with perfection!
