We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. Overall we have been thrilled with the end result and will be using Mark again to complete our main floor renovation next.

Mark's stellar organization, project planning and management skills led to a continuous and long term professional relationship where the completion of almost 20 interior gut jobs of condo/townhomes and detached homes for our company are due to his pivotal contributions. His exemplary communication and attention to quality workmanship led to such positive outcomes that these dated properties were transformed into comfortable, modern, functional and bright homes. Mark's attention to detail from the initial vision, quote preparation, cleanliness on site and strong leadership of his team leave homeowners sleeping better knowing their property renovation is in reliable hands. Specifically his insight and ability to problem solve and provide logical solutions when complicated situations arose was priceless, leading to a successful end result. Mark and his team did an excellent job renovating our bathroom. From the first meeting, he provided guidance and recommendations, from remodelling options, places to purchase furniture/tiles from (with discount), right down to helping us chose paint colours. Which was highly appreciated since we are very indecisive! Mark was on-site everyday keeping track of progress and providing updates. His team of contractors were hard working, professional and worked to a high standard. Furthermore, the project remained on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and wouldnt hesitate to recommend/use Mark again.

Mark did a complete renovation of our ensuite bathroom. He provided great coaching to help us make informed decisions, was there when he said he would be, brought in skilled resources, and provided us with the sense of comfort in our project that we were looking for. The bathroom looks great and is a great investment in our home.

We are thrilled with how our en-suite turned out. Mark and his team did a fantastic job transforming an outdated room into one that is modern and luxurious! Mark provided insightful design recommendations, let us know where to get the plumbing fixture and tiles, stayed within our budget and efficiently managed all the trades workers to minimize the time it took to complete the project. He is very detail oriented and was at the site everyday to ensure things stayed on track. We won't hesitate to use Mark for future projects!
