    Replaced warranty issues

    Had Vinylbuilt replace 6 windows that had a seal failure. Although I wasn't happy to have to do that I was very happy with how accommodating they were and how little turn around time they needed. The windows were purchased from the previous home owners so I will add that the warranty transfer to me was painfree. I paid $300 service/labor charge to replace 6 windows. Jonathon was the tech and he was punctual and one of the cleanest contractors I've ever had in my house. He left zero mess and zero damage. He was fast and accurate and we really appreciated his service visit. Highly recommend. Failed wi down seals happen but Vinylbuilt really stands behind their product.

    Window Repair

    Very happy with Vinylbilt's Customer Service agent Rebecca. My double hung window no longer stayed up. I called, they responded within a day, next day the service fellow was there and fixed it. Quick, easy, window working perfectly. Thank you!

    Window replacement

    Had a window installed, it was defective and needed to be replaced. Johnathan and Ricardo came to change it. There were marks in the replacement but never was pressured to accept it. They came back with a new one again and it was perfect. These young men were professional, patient and personable. They are an asset to vinylbuilt. Rebecca in the office is a joy to deal with. She listened to my concerns and reassured me.

    Windows

    Warranty work on our windows was done fast and efficiently and in a friendly manner. He replaced the windows we wanted as well as fixing the closing mechanism. I would strongly recommend using them.

    Window hardware repair

    Grate service from intake calls to there office within 4 days hardware for 5 double hung windows repaired i will give the repair person 100% credit for his work very polite both of them (1) i believe the other was observing learning the repair busines i had 15 windows put in 2007 very very satisfied with these windows and the time it took to have these windows repaired

    Warranty Replacement

    Vinylbilt completed a warranty replacement of my garage wall window. Their service was professional, efficient, and the quality of the replacement was identical to the original. Highly recommend their services.

    Window repair

    I had an incredible experience with Vinylbilt that all began with the excellent customer service from their staff person Rebecca. Our window cranks were no longer working and she helped us navigate how to get them fixed with exceptional responsiveness and patience. The previous owners has installed the windows so we had no paperwork to confirm that they were even from Vinylbilt. She sent the technician who fixed the window cranks within 3 days. They too were excellent, quick and helpful. I would highly recommend them and will reach out when I need to get new windows installed. Thank you Rebecca - you really went the distance to help me.

    Repair of Vinylbilt Sash Balance

    The technicians were polite, careful and efficient. The problem was greater than originally assessed but they had the parts available and the repair was completed expeditiously. Very satisfied with the service received.

    front window

    I had one of my front windows replaced due to a flaw. The order was put in quickly and the fellow that came to install it was polite and the window was in and out in no time. Very satisfied.

    Window repair

    We had some minor water leakage in one of our 10 month old VinylBilt windows. The technician, Jonathan, had a look and was able to diagnose the problem quickly (no drain hole). He was able to make the repair and now the window no longer leaks and looks better than ever.
