I had a sun room installed 25 years ago by Four Season Sunrooms. Approximately four years ago I had all the glass replaced (reglazed) by Four Seasons Sunrooms. In August 2019 it was discovered there was a leak that had been a problem for years....probably since the reglaze was done but being behind the drywall it was years before it was evident. I called Four Seasons to have them come out only to discover they were no longer in business. I reached Paul with Ideal Sundecks and spoke to him. After calling my insurance company and that is a long story was told I had no coverage due to water seepage causing the leak. Everything recommended by the insurance company and contractors were done but still the leaking persisted. In July 2020 in total desperation and frustration I called Paul back at Ideal. He sent out guys quickly and they assessed I called the situation. They tried everything they could think of but it still leaked every time it rained. Finally they found the source of the leak. Apparently it was a mechanical issue that was inside the lower track and was told they’d never seen it before. The staff were amazing and Paul was patient, determined and relentless in finding the cause of the leak. I have never dealt with a more courteous, professional group of men as those that worked on my house. I would recommend Ideal Sundecks to anyone. You are in the best of hands and won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their work.

This is a GREAT company to deal with!! Bernard came out to the house and took all the required measurements and then came into the house to explain everything. He starts with showing all of their business licenses then shows their Better Business Bureau membership accompanied by their latest summary of complaints - none! When we decided to go with the company, I asked how much of a deposit I needed to give them. His response was: "You don't give us a deposit - when the job is completed and it's to your satisfaction, then you make your payment." That's basically unheard of these days!! Bernard kept us "in the loop" as they progressed from the engineer's drawing and certification to the material ordering, obtaining the required permits and finally installation. Paul looks after the installation process and met with me to discuss the entire installation process. The young man they sent out to do the installation was an absolute treasure. He is very conscious of his job and displays pride and excellence in his work. Price and material wise, their prices are certainly comparable to anyone else and the materials used are top grade. The workmanship and service is second to none! This is a company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to my best friend or my parents! Great job guys!!
