Tankless Water Heater replacement and water softener installation
I have my water heater replaced with Rinnai tankless water heater and water softener installed by Precision Plumbing. My whole experience was very positive. From start, I contacted a dozen of contractor on tankless water heater. Jerrod responded to my questions quickly and provide a reasonable price range. Jerrod also patiently answered my questions via email during my research stage. I found Jerrod provide me with very honest and professional opinions. At whole time, I was not under any sales pressure. Although the prices was not the lowest, with consideration of his teams qualification (on company's website), and good reviews among different sites, I have chosen Precision. Jim and Josh arrived on time on the installation day. From what I can tell from the end result, they were very professional and everything are tidy. They performed all the work as agreed and cleaned up after. No surprises...which is good.

Leaking pipe in basement
We heard a loud noise from our basement and discovered that we had water coming from the basement ceiling in at least three places. I called Precision Plumbing and the person who answered the phone (I'm sorry that I did not note her name) was very kind and after taking some information told me they could have someone out in the next hour! Scott arrived, took a look around and within an hour the problem was fixed. He clearly explained to us what was going on, what could have caused it and how he was going to fix it. It was a great experience given the circumstance. We will definitely be using Precision Plumbing again.

Poly B removal
Jim and his team did an excellent job removing the poly b in our house for a reasonable price. The number of holes made to remove the pipe was fewer than I expected. Precision Plumbing did exactly what they said they would do in the time stated in their quote. They even did a little bit extra. The office staff were very polite. I highly recommend them.

Replacing PB piping throughout residence
Water piping was replaced throughout the entire house. Work was done well and on time. Minimal damage was done to drywall compared to other quotes. I am very happy with the work done and with the 25 year pipe guarantee

I've used Jarrod & Team for many jobs over the years, both big and small, and know that I can count on them for prompt and professional service. I have also recommended them to friends and family on many occasions, so it only seems fitting that I would recommend them here as well.

Basement Bathroom Renovation
This was a huge undertaking to move vent stack and drain lines from two main floor bathrooms. This job was necessary in order to complete basement bathroom renovations which involved moving all drain and vent lines into the joist spaces to accommodate additional ceiling height. They also installed an additional floor drain to collect the waste water from the energy efficient furnace and humidifier. Jim and Scott overcame the challenges associated with such a complicated job and worked through it without any issues. Their craftmanship and work ethic are second to none and Precision Plumbing is very fortunate to have two of the best in the business. I hope to have them back to complete bathroom when we are ready for shower installation. Jerrod, Jim

Water heater & Poly-B replacement
Extremely happy with the service and professional installation of a new water heater plus replaced all the dreaded Poly-B from our home. They did their best to keep the holes in the drywall to a minimum so the walls were easy to fix. Thank you for the great job.

Low hot water pressure
I had low hot water pressure in all taps. I received a call within one hour after placing my request from Precision Plumbing. Johnathen came out the next morning and within an hour had fixed the problem. Rate was very reasonable. Great job, very timely response, very knowledgeable, very professional. Thanks Johnathen. I know who to call the next time.

Leaks in copper lines
Precision Plumbing was referred to us by a colleague at work and we were very impressed by the courteous and professional assistance provided by everyone from Mike who answered the call to Johnathen who repaired the lines and who explained every line item on the bill. The cost of the work was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the result.
