My wife and I have been in the same home for 29 years, and over time the driveway has developed a goodly number of cracks. With winter rains on the way, did not want to leave the problem to get worse. Called Matt from this company and he was outstanding. Showed up and offered a professional quote, and when we gave him the job he was there promptly, was most courteous, and did a superb job. In the spring we will have him power wash and seal the aggregate driveway. We have complete confidence in his work and his excellent attitude!!

Hired this company to clean and re-seal our 3 year old stamped concrete driveway. Looked really nice and shiny and came with a 1 year warranty, but after six months sealant faded or washed away and left driveway dull and full of washing streaks. Company owner said he was not responsible because he did not know what sealant product was used prior to his sealant being applied??? Our stamped concrete driveway looks terrible and we’re out 3k. Contacted him a few more times to no avail. Would definetly not recommend this company.

Brad is a class act. We called for a quote on washing and resealing our large stamped concrete patio and sidewalks. He showed up for the quote almost instantly, and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done, gave me an accurate picture of what I could expect, how long it would last, etc. He's extremely pleasant and professional and you know instantly that he knows of what he speaks. When the time came to have the work executed, he was on time and did exactly as he said and then some, all at a fair price. Our patio and walks look absolutely wonderful again and we are thrilled with the completed job. I have no doubt that I will be forwarding on his name with confidence to friends and family who are in need of the services he offers and that we will be calling him back when the time comes to maintain our now beautiful-again patio. We first met Brad last year when he came to repair a small hole in our aggregate patio. He was honest, fair and of good character in his fee for a small job like this. We then hired him the following year to clean and seal our aggregate driveway and front patio. His price was extremely fair and the job was 10/10. It looks like a different driveway and he even did the little aggregate pavers in my pathway so the aggregate would all match. He was also very helpful in advising us what to do about slope into our crawlspace and dampness. He accurately confirmed we didn't have mould which was a huge relief and money saver for us. We appreciate his help and will be contacting him for future work and have already referred him twice.

Our basement flooded so called Brad to inspect our foundation fearing the worst. Brad arribed promptly at the time we had agreed and inspected at the wall and suggested flushing the drains and also gave great advice on how to minimise future risk. I wouldn't hesitate to use Crack or Jack again in the future and would highly recommend their service.

We first met Brad after seeing his truck in our neighbourhood. We called and he came to our home promptly to review initially a problem we thought we had with our house foundation. Turned out there was not a problem. While at the house we also talked about concrete problems with our driveway, sidewalk and front porch. From the outset he was friendly and upfront in explaining the problems to us and possible solutions. We agreed to have the work done as per his recommendations. During the process of doing the work, Brad was great to work with and frequently kept us up to date on progress. The work is now finished and our 30 year old driveway, sidewalk and porch look like new and with little or no sign that there was ever a problem. Brad also provided recommendations on how to avoid future problems which was much appreciated. We are so pleased with the work done and will not hesitate to recommend Brad and Crack or Jack Concrete repair in future. Thank you so much.

I met with Brad, the owner, to discuss the job. He was extremely nice and told me that the work would be easy to accomplish. Ross came by to work on my driveway. He was also extremely nice and worked diligently. We are very happy with the results and recommended him to our neighbour, who has a sunken garage floor. Brad will be coming back when the weather warms up to repair a large crack in the walkway by the front door. If his crack repair is half as good as the concrete lifting we will be happy.

We had installed an exposed aggregate concrete patio and walkway about 20 years ago. They were both tilting so we called for an estimate to get them leveled. We were advised that the patio was okay for now, and I appreciated the honesty. The walkway was raised (by as much as a foot on one end) and is now level. I appreciated how patient John was with my phone calls (I nagged him for dates, but it was one of the wettest falls on record). I would gladly use this company again.

I first became aware of this company by seeing their vehicle around town in Langley. I was in the process of getting my house ready for selling and when we emptied the garage, I noticed a bunch of cracks. I was concerned that this might affect the sale of my house so I phoned Brad and even though he was busy he dropped by the next day to view my problem. I also had cracks in my driveway as well. He was a wealth of knowledge and showed me how I could tell that the garage cracks were just the result of normal settling and the driveway cracks were caused from not having enough relief cracks installed when the house was originally built. He was up front and told me that I didn`t need to do anything about the garage and the driveway cracks could be filled however, as that driveway was not exposed aggregate, the repair would be visible. As there weren`t any structural problems we did not proceed. Shortly after this meeting, we sold our house and moved out to the valley. This house had an exposed aggregate driveway with a lot of cracks in it as well as a cement stairwell that was leaning away from the house and a garage floor that was sinking. We also discovered a small crack in the foundation after we removed some drywall in the basement. I then called Brad to come and see this house and he made arrangements to see our house the next time he was out seeing clients in our area - which was fine with us. He then came and gave us a quote, explained to us why we had these problems and how we could take some preventive steps to stop them from happening again in the future. He gave us a verbal approximation of the cost and then followed up with an emailed quote, and we decided to proceed. As it was getting close to fall, the timing of our job was based on if the weather was warm enough to proceed. Fortunately, we did get enough dry days in for Brad to complete our job. I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship, the professionalism, the courtesy shown, and the amount of knowledge that I gained through this experience. The finished job has resulted in all of the driveway and walkway cracks being filled, the stairs returned to the position they were in when originally built, the garage floor back to where it should be, and the crack in the foundation was repaired. We are extremely pleased with the results and were very impressed with Brad. I would highly recommend him for any concrete repairs and if I had another house with the same problem I would definitely use his services again.

My aggregate driveway was cracked and sinking. Brad and his team did a great job in restoring it to new condition. I can't even see where the cracks were and it is appropriately level. Thanks Brad!
