    Workshop - Roll Top Door

    From my first interaction to my last, the service I received was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! The entire team at Smart Garage Door are engaged, enthusiastic and dedicated, they made my experience unbelievably good. Jacqui and Emma in the office responded quickly to all emails and accommodated my installation requests with ease. The installers were very professional and competent (Seth & Case) who did the installation with precision. I highly recommend Smart Garage Door!

    Great door and installers, poor customer after service

    Great door, charged for door delivery, they sold door and installed, 70.00 charge to deliver door that was brought by the installers, not a huge charge but shows the type of charges that Smart Garage engages in. Charged 175.00 for removal and disposal, they did not dispose of door. Originally told charge for disposal fees so arranged to give door away but management tells us after job completion that no the fee is just an add on. Again not a huge charge but the constant add ons are something to watch out for with this company. and the changing reasons for their fees. According to management I am the only person to notice or mention these charges? Very poor after installation customer service. Paid the 5400.00, love the door but could not recommend this company.

    We are very up front with any charges, we separate out delivery on the doors because delivery is based on location. (someone in Chilliwack pays a bit more than someone in Langley because they are further away from us) As far as removal disposal charges go, as I discussed with you on the phone it is easier for us to take the door out when it does not have to be reused, we have one charge that includes removal if you want it. We send an itemized quote so that people can see exactly what they are paying for. We are glad you are happy with the door, we don't quite understand the frustration about detailed invoicing, but we appreciate your feedback. We feel that we are fair and upfront with the way that we itemize our invoices.

    roll up shop door

    I am very impressed with complete process of getting a rollup door installed in my shop. The salesman quoted the job and said they would be 4 weeks till installation they came in 3 weeks. The installer made an appointment for noon, called and said he was running early showed up at 11.50am installed the door and left at 1pm completely done. I have not seen that kind of service anywhere for the past few years. Very happy with the quality and service I received Thanks a bunch .

    17 foot door

    i saw these doors at home show a couple years ago and was quite interested. finally decided to purchase one and smart doors was excellent to work with. they came and checked out my needs and gave some advice. i needed to get new door installed on short notice and they scheduled me in fast. very happy with service and door is amazingly quiet

    Garage Door

    Top quality product (Rollup door and Heavy Duty motor) installed. Installers came on time as promised. Were friendly and hard working. Finished the job when estimated. Door works perfectly. I would recommend this company

    Detached Garage Supply and Install Garage rollup doors

    Garage Door install

    Jacqui gave me a really good deal on the 2 new homes I built! One was slightly dented after the job was completed They Came back and installed new doors without me asking!

    Garage doors replacement
