I had Neethan and his team repair a eavestrough which broke off at the top of my house during the winter. They have done a great job repairing the damages, making sure that everything was fully functional and matched original colours of the fascia and trough. Also, the price was very competitive versus the quotes from different companies.

Always a pleasure to see Neethan again .. he's thorough and always explains what he encountered up there at the roofline where I never venture! He's also a great problem solver. A couple of winters ago, there was heavy rain in January (! )-- followed by freezing. The brick was soaking wet and I was worried about damage what with all the freezing and thawing. Neethan diagnosed the problem - ice blocking the downpipe. And the solution -- a heating cable plugged in at the roofline, long enough to extend down the eavestrough, and keep the eavestrough clear during these crazy fluctuations in winter.

Have been using this service for years now. Neethan is always prompt, friendly and thorough and his prices are competitive.

We have used Neethan and his team numerous times and again they came out on time and on budget. We have already recommended to a number of neighbors and friends, and they do exactly what they say they are going to do (professionally clean my eavestroughs in the fall and spring). Additionally, we used Eaves Experts to replace the eaves in the front of my house that were damaged by a tree falling and they did a great job at a reasonable price.

Neethan and team installed my eavestroughs a few years back and have been cleaning my eavestroughs each fall since. The eavestroughs were installed well and we've had no issues. Eavestrough cleaning each year ha been reliable and efficient. Can't ask for more.

All of my downspouts were plugged from last years eaves cleaner whose company shall remain nameless that resulted in a waterfall of rain spewing over the eaves around the house. It was a disaster and I began to lose confidence in companies like this. Then I remembered Eaves Experts from the past and spoke to Neethan and explained the problem. He not only understood my circumstances; but he also explained how he and his team would resolve the problem. Pierce and his partner arrived at my house much earlier than planned in order to avoid the upcoming rain forecast the following week. I was already impressed. But what really impressed me the most was the level of professionalism and efficiency in fixing all the problematic downspouts - and there were many. They took their time inspecting, photographing each of them and their problems as proof of what happened. They carefully and efficiently removed all of the debris by unscrewing, removing and cleaning each of the downspouts. And then they cleaned all of the eaves with blower and by hand. The result - amazingly clean eaves. It was very interesting to watch them at work. A dynamic team. A few days later the rain came and I noticed the water drained very well down the downspouts with no problems. I highly recommend Eaves Experts. They looked after my home as if it were their own. Neethan and Pierre were great to work with. They examined the issue with my damaged soffits and suggested a repair that would solve the issue. The work was done professionally and within my budget. I also appreciated they accommodated my schedule to complete the work.

After the first severe rainstorm this summer, I had Eaves Experts modify the eaves and downspouts at my home and a duplex owned by my spouse. They also snaked the outside drain near the walkout from my basement. The quality of the work was excellent. On budget and on time! Since the work was completed there has not been any issues regarding water entering the buildings. I was very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of Neethan and the staff at Eaves Experts.

Thank you to Neethan and his helper for being so accommodating and performing the job earlier. With the excessive amount of rain we've been having it has been a challenge to find a day without rain, but Neethan kept us in mind and showed up and performed the task in an efficient and friendly manner and made sure to do a clean up and bag removal.
