I have the pleasure of owning a custom executive house built by RJ Renovations. The craftsmanship, quality of materials and attention to detail that went into building this house is superior to the hundreds of custom homes I've seen over the years. From the soaring 12 ft ceilings, to the abundant skylights, herringbone floors down to the flawless millwork throughout the house - every detail has been thoughtfully considered and no expense was spared. With RJ Renovations you're not just buying quality - but also piece of mind - knowing you're dealing with a honest, responsive and professional business owner who takes personal pride in his craft and reputation. I've worked in the real estate industry for 15 years and have come across very few of Aaron's caliber and integrity. My comfort level after meeting him in person was what ultimately sold me on the house and he has lived up to every expectation. Aaron and his team at RJ Renovations can be relied upon to complete projects on time and on budget, with all work being completed to a high professional standard. I contacted Aaron in connection with a complete renovation of two bathrooms after being dissatisfied with proposals from three other contractors. Right from the start, I was highly impressed by Aaron--he was knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly. He provided a competitive, detailed quotation within a few days and I accepted it. I am so happy that I did. The project required Aaron's workers to remove large cabinets and eight plumbing fixtures, as well as at least 500 sq ft of existing ceramic tile. That was a huge job, which was completed efficiently and with great care being taken to keep other areas of the house clean and undamaged. All the tradespeople--carpentry, ceramic, plumbing, electrical, plasterwork and finishing--were highly skilled and thorough. (I have dealt with lots of tradespeople, having two houses built) Overall, I was completely satisfied with RJ Renos--the end product far exceeded our expectations! A year after the first project, I hired RJ Renos to complete a basement renovation. Again, all the work was done well and on the basis of a competitive, pre-agreed contract price. Aaron and RJ Renovations were extremely pleasant to work with. The work was done on time, on budget, and as promised. In fact, I would say they exceeded my expectations at every turn. They were recommended to us by friends, and after getting competing quotes they seemed like the best option. Aaron listened carefully to everything we wanted, made helpful suggestions, and then started right on time. I appreciated his hands-on approach with his team, and their do it right attitude. We had a few requests that weren't originally in the plan, and they accommodated those as well. In addition, we live in a condo in downtown Toronto with strict rules about work times. We were impressed with Aaron's crews adaptability in dealing with our condo's concierges. After the project was finished Aaron followed up with us to there were any problems. There weren't. Our bathroom was completely renovated, and we use it and love it everyday. The new flooring throughout has made a huge difference. I would highly recommend Aaron and RJ Renovations.

R J Renovations created a wonderful new living space for us. The job was done quickly, very well coordinated, and with excellent workmanship. Aaron was able to accommodate change orders in stride. All workers were professional, courteous, and friendly. Everything was explained and options given. The price was competitive and the estimate was right on. The site was cleaned up very well.

Aaron had excellent ideas and suggestions for renovating my small bathroom - very professional, kept in touch throughout, explained the work and the costs involved. He always listened to me and was very careful to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. His team were all excellent, worked hard and obviously cared about their work. They also took care of some smaller jobs in my new house, including new outdoor stairs. I would recommend them for any project!

I have relied on my he-can-do-anything handyman for almost ten years. I live in a very old house and he has repaired and done everything from a flooded basement, replacing crumbling front stone steps, eavestroughs, complete bathroom and basement renovations, sanding floors as well as countless other things like painting, dry wall, floor tiling etc. He is wonderful to work with: prompt, reliable, cheerfi;l, tidy and good at whatever he does. When I say I rely on him I mean it! He supplies thoroughly itemized invoices and his prices are more than reasonable. Frankly, I could not manage this old house without him It is also a pleasure to have the other members of his team: they are very professional, pleasant to have around and always clean up! While RJ Renovations has done many jobs large and small for me over the years, the most recent was a major re-junking of 2 basement rooms, then a complete reno of walls, a new floor, and painting. This was a huge job, involving a lot of heavy physical labour but also imaginative suggestions about the end result. As always, Aaron's estimates were solid, the work done quickly and with good humour, and everything cleaned up and neatly finished. I've relied on Aaron and his team for a long time, and hope to do so in the future. I recommend them highly.
