I called Jake in April after I purchased a house to see if he could convert the house from electric baseboard heating to gas . I also told him I was on a really tight timeline to get this done before we move in . I literally gave him a timeline of 2 weeks to get all ductwork done and install everything including tankless water heater . Jake and his crew were done a day early . I was astonished and so thankful . The workmanship and care how my ductwork amd lines were places was excellent. His crew is knowledgeable, hardworking and take pride in their jobs . They came back today to run my gas line for my stove and for my BBQ. After 30 years in construction I consider this team A1!

Elias Heating handled an emergency replacement in record time! Our Air conditioner quit this week in 35 degree temperatures. Called Elias, Jake was very friendly and receptive and although booked solid would come by after 7pm and inspect. Once determined a new unit was required Jake was able to acquire and have his team install it the next day! Jay &Norm were excellent to deal with and got the job done so we could sleep that night on a cool home. Great local business that truly puts their customers first.

Jake is an easy going honest fellow to work with. He is knowledgeable in all of the products that he sells. We will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to our friends and family.

After contacting other Heating & Cooling companies in the Newmarket area with no response, I reached out to Elias Heating & Air Conditioning looking to replace my 15-year-old Furnace and install a new Air Conditioning unit. Jake and his team got back to me quickly, helped determine what I needed based on the size of the house, and provided a competitive quote. The attention to detail during the installation process was amazing, they cleaned up the job site once completed and followed up with me a week later to ensure everything was running smoothly. This level of customer care gives me the confidence that if I do experience any issues, in the distant future, I will only be contacting Elias Heating & Air Conditioning to solve the problem.

We had an issue with our old furnace and needed it replaced 5 yrs ago. We had it replaced by Elias Heating a few small issues throughout the years but they were looked after promptly and professionally. They were right there when needed and always pleasant to deal with. I will always deal with them even in the future when we plan to build. Thank you very much !!!! Your the best !!!

If you would like to have fantastic service from a reliable company that has fair prices then I would highly recommend Elias Heating. The service man was friendly and very courteous and did an exceptional job.

We were in need of a new furnace and Elias HEating helped us out in determining what it was we needed. OUr previous furnace was quite old and the duct work was not efficient either. Jake and his compnay quickly installed the new equipment and re configured the duct work to be more effeicient. Work was done very quickly and we were very pleased with everything.
