    Dryer repair

    Worker was very helpful and professional. He was prompt and gave me a few pointers how to maintain my appliances to extend their life.

    Gas stove repair

    Quick, proper diagnosis, hard the parts on-hand, done in 15 min. The repairman was pleasant and explained the problem clearly. I was very comfortable with having him in my home.

    Washer repair

    Repairman found out what the problem was in a short period of time and completed the work in a timely manner. The washer also operated as it used to afterwards with no problems. Only complaint I would have is that the receipt I recieved did not go into enough detail about the work that had been done.

    Stove/Oven Repair

    Appliance Force was Great! They gave me a 2 hour window that they would likely show up in and showed up right at the beginning. It was done fast and I was on my way back to work. The tech that came was very polite, informative, and tidy with his work. He even wiped up the mess (from us) left when he pulled out the stove to fix it. Appliance Force left the place better than they found it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

    Bosch Fridge Ice maker not working

    ​After my first and second visits with Appliance Force I was unhappy with the service. Since then they have given me a full refund and made it right. I would consider using Appliance Force again in the future.

Firstly, let us explain. The technician that provided your service is a professional Bosch trained technician. The diagnosis was that the water flow to the fridge was weak caused by one of several possible reasons (i.e. hookup to the fridge was not per manufacturer requirements or possible water filter problem.) We recommended that the water filter be replaced by you, the customer, to save you the cost because it is a simple replacement and you or anyone is capable of completing it with no problems. Our intention at Appliance Force is to always offer the best and most cost effective option for our customers. Secondly, each of our technician vans are equipped with hundreds of the most commonly used parts for repairs however due to the wide range of types and sizes of appliance specific parts, we only have the capacity to carry those parts used most often. Water filters are considered customer replaceable parts and not generally carried unless requested. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the technician missing a kinked hose as you described. Generally this type of issue is not common on an installed fridge unless something else had been serviced on it just prior to our visit. We overlooked that and, again, we apologize. In light of this information, Appliance Force would like to offer a full refund of the diagnostic fee.     Refriderator Repair

    The booking process was straightforward and hassle fee. The technician was very professional, clean, and took time to show me the problem with the unit. He even gave suggestions as to prevent it from happening in the future. Was very happy dealing with Appliance Force, and appreciated the ability to pay for the service on site via credit card.

    Repair of dryer

    Dryer would not turn on..Whirlpool Dryer 4 years old..Called Appliance Force..they showed up the next day at the agreed time. Repair man was polite and in a few minutes diagnosed that the problem was the switch on the door. He did not have the required part with him, but was able to bypass the switch and make the dryer work, stating that he would return with the part within a week. I was OK with this and also agreed to let him leave the dryer disassembled so that when he returned with the part it would be an easier install for him..he also stated that when the part came in they would call us and set up a time for the install, probably within the week. A month passed, we called, they said they expected the part to arrive next week Over the next 4 months we called monthly Only to be told each time the part was on order..Finally after 16 weeks we called and said we wanted the part number so that we could find it ourselves..within a day the part was being installed in our dryer...very very poor customer service..

We feel your pain as we are both at the mercy of the manufacturer. We had to make alternate arrangement to get this part for yourself and as soon as it was procured, we installed it.     Dishwasher could not be repaired as certified technician lacks knowledge and effort

    Had service technician come out twice to try repair Bosch dishwasher not getting up to temperature. Dishwasher does not clean or dry dishes as it did in the first three years of use. Water is luke warm if you open dishwaher durig cycle. Service technician claims it reaches proper temp but unwilling to see for himself.

He ran all diagnostic tests and checked heater operation as well as contacting Bosch technical support while in the home and determined the unit was operating as designed by the manufacturer.     service on Whirpool range

    First service call was for late Apr, tech guy, Eli, showed up on time, checked my range, gave me suggestions on repairs and what risk I may have, answered all my questions. Later, I decided to have it repaired. On May 19, Eli came again on time with parts. After spending like 1 hour or so, found out replacement does not work. He is very honest with the issue. Only charged me for the service visit. I did not have to pay for the parts he ordered. I will definitely recommend this company.

    Maytag dryer service

    Clothes dryer repair; loose baffle in tub required tightening. Also tuned up belts and cleaned out lint.
