My second time using them, this time for my dryer. The technician was great - he'd diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, had the parts on hand, and it was fixed shortly thereafter. Not only that, but he gave me a number of pointers on dryer care which will be helpful going forward. Would definitely recommend.

I called on a Friday morning and they were booked up until Monday morning but said they would call me if there was a cancellation Less than an hour later they called and said they could come right over as there had been a cancellation After diagnosis, the tech determined that he did not have the part but there was one at a supplier across town where a colleague was on a call and would pick it up The colleague came with the part and installed Job finished by mid afternoon That is service and they will continue to get my business

Max installed our new Bosch dishwasher, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation itself was completed efficiently and the work was good (much better than an install we had with a different company 3 years ago). What I particularly enjoyed is the clear and concise explanations that Max provided. He took time to explain how our new dishwasher was different than our old one, and what to expect. He pointed out a few important features and settings that would affect how we use it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. That's a great experience.

The Appliance Force crew (Pat, Joel, and Adam) uninstalled our old microwave, dishwasher, and gas range, and installed the new appliances in a timely and efficient manner. They truly went above and beyond to get the job done. Professional, courteous, reliable, and dependable. We're very grateful!

Max arrived on time and extremely pleased with his work to replace the thermstat at the back of the oven. Advised not to use the Self Clean function anymore as it would gererate over 700 degress for 3 hours. These would certaintly break some parts or even the control panel.

Max was great! Although the price was high to fix the oven, it was definitely more affordable than replacing it.

Appliance Force repair technician was on time, professional, efficient and friendly. This is the second time we have had Max as our technician and both times he was 10 out of 10.

Pat was on time and diagnosed the probable cause of the problem. Discussed the cure cost and made common sense suggestions.

Technician was dispatched the very next day after I called for service. He fixed my issue in less than 1 hour!

Quotes were upfront, work was done efficiently and advice was given about the viability of a couple of the appliances. Very honest and good work.
