My fridge stopped working and Patrick was able to find the problem quickly and order in the parts to get it back up and running as fast as possible. Very much appreciated in this heat! He was also very friendly and great to deal with.

My gas oven was heating very slowly and there was an associated gas odor. The repairman easily identified the issue (the igniter) and repaired it quickly.

Very pleased with the service. Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This was a difficult job for our technician and we are very pleased with the result. Dishwasher is working great now.

Very thorough job by Max to repair the unit. He even called the manufacturer to confirm the parts and recommended (thermador). Another shop quoted me 3 times the cost to repair so found these guys honest and thorough.

My LG washing machine sensor gave out and I called to have it repaired. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and returned to repair. The replacement part was defective and to order another one from the manufacturer was going to take weeks. The tech found another part, returned the same say to complete the repair. The job was well done, fairly priced and I felt like there were no hidden or other charges. Would use again.

wonderful experience, they knew the product and efficiently repaired it. If you have high end appliances dont waste your time with other companies as i have in the past.

The website was excellent and told me to get the model #, registration #, etc. I passed that info on when I booked the appointment and the service person had the part when he arrived.Max was helpful and efficient. he explained what the repair would cost and what the options were. I would definitely use the company again.

Patrick was very helpful and patient with our service job (Bosch wall oven and a cooktop). He went above and beyond and answered all of our questions.
