I had a new roof installed by Peter when he owned the company back in the summer of 2019 and a good job was done for sure. I had to contact the company after the winter freeze because a leek developed in the roof. Found out the company was sold to Jeff who came out quite quickly. He couldn't find any missing shingles but did a resealing. The leak has stopped and no recurrence. Great job.

Completely messy, came home to my vehicle being covered. They couldn’t even take their time to take the old shingles off without throwing debris over the ground? Like come on take your time on a project and do it right.

Back in 2013 I wrote a review for Peaks Roofing. Well, we missed our old Peaks roof so badly, we just had to have another one! In 2015 we moved and lucky us, the new house needed new shingles. We obtained quotes from various companies but in the end, we trusted Peaks once again. The best endorsement is a repeat customer. This review may be delayed but we stand by our rating from 2013.

Peter came in to assess the roofing work that had deteriorated 7 years prior .. done by a lousy "no longer working" company. He responded to our calls and emails with prompt responses. both himself and crew were very efficient and polite with the work they did. They left the site very clean too. Which is more than i can say for other companies that have done work in the area. He helped repair my neighbours roof after the 90 miles per hr wind damage sustained to their roof last week too. I would highly recommend his company because

I was happy with the roof until it leaked after the first rain. Since then no response from emails, texts or calls. Their warranty is useless. if you have a problem BEWARE!

Peaks Roofing completed the roofing on our house and detached garage today and we could not be happier! After obtaining three different quotes, we decided to go with the middle one, which was Peaks. They have been in the business for many years. This friendly and efficient crew finished our job in three consecutive days which included two chimneys to be removed and covered, a leaky skylight to be removed and covered, and a flap inserted where our bathroom fan will vent out of soon. Each day they left our property very clean and safe. No scraps or nails laying around. This was not our neighbours experience last year with a different roofing company. When the job was completed they even positioned all of our deck furniture back up from the lawn! The roofing looks beautiful and I really felt like they went above and beyond. What a refreshingly pleasant experience you dont always get with contractors. Thank you Peaks!

Peter came out personally to quote the job and quickly provided a quote, which was the best price of all the quotes received. He was able to schedule the work to be done quickly, and his team did a great job. I recommended Peak's roofing to a friend, who was very satisfied as well. We are moving soon and plan to give Peter a call when we are in need of a new roof!

We contacted Peter to replace the shingles on the roof of our house and we felt he provided us with a fair estimate. He kindly helped us select the right colour shingles for our home that ended up being perfect. The charcoal grey shingles have just the right amount of contrast from our white brick house.
