We bought a double patio door with blinds inside the glass. Finding an installer wasn't easy as either the quotes were very high or they did not want to install a door that we did not buy form them. Finally Heritage Home Design gave me a reasonable quote. I'm very happy with the job Alex did installing the door. His workmanship seems very solid. He spent extra time ensuring proper levelling and insulation, and then finished the job with quality aluminum side panels. Highly recommended.

This was a fairly large job in a heritage home (built in 1929). I replaced my exterior doors, both front and back, and all of the windows in my semi-detached home. The owner of Heritage Home Designs is refreshingly professional and the installation team was equally professional. I would definitely recommend them! Tip: When it comes to selecting a new window style I suggest getting ones with the narrowest possible border. They cost more but in retrospect the narrower profile would have looked better! Otherwise very happy with my new exterior doors, they are a massive upgrade to the look and feel of my home.

We started looking for a company to change our main entrance door as well as our garage doors, we met and got estimates from more than five companies and we finally decided to go with Heritage Home Design.....we made the correct decision. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable, very easy to work with; we were very impressed from the first meeting with Walter and later with the installers. The quality of the doors is excellent, very modern style, very good material and although the price was not the cheapest it was worth it because we had a final result of impressive quality.....we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend Heritage Home Design to all our friends and family and definitely we will use them again in future projects. Re: New Construction of 5' Patio Sliding Door with Transom and internal mini-blinds with kick lock. Originally, there was a 4' window. I was nervous because their installer had to cut into the house bricks and install the proper lintel (header) and stone sill (one piece). Heritage Home Design's talented installer (Alex) was meticulous and did an excellent job. I will include pictures if website permits. All telephone calls were returned promptly and they were always available to answer questions. Overall, I am very happy with the Patio Sliding Door with Transom and Internal Blinds and with its installation. The internals blinds have 3 settings (open, privacy or semi-privacy). I like the semi-privacy setting (closed up top and lower 1/3 slightly slanted open). I especially also like that the sliding door can be opened a few inches and locked into place to let air in but door is securely locked with kick-lock.

I was in need of only one new window installation. I called several companies but was unsuccessful in even getting a quote as I was told they do not come out for only one window. Heritage Home didnt blink an eye and provided a quote that was reasonable. I was concerned about the timeline but there were no problems and it was installed on time. Alex always responded timely to each email and the installation of the window was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Alex and team did an amazing job with installing our new windows throughout the second floor. On our first appointment, Alex took the time to explain all of the available options, address the concerns that we had, and to offer solutions. He was also kind enough to work with us on pricing. When the team came to do the installation, they were very well organized, professional, and efficient. They worked in a very clean and methodical way where you could tell that these guys are true pros. They were very approachable and welcoming to answer any additional questions or concerns we had. We are extremely pleased and happy with the final result of both the worksmanship of Heritage Windows and their products. Definetly very highly recomended! Alex was very involved from start to finish and assisted with all the details. His team was considerate and personable. The wall cutting went really smoothly and the door was installed the next day, as planned, with the opening adequatly bloqued as I have small children. I am very grateful for the professionalism of all the team members and very happy with the results. My experience with Heritage Home Design was a very good one and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I dealt with Alex, George and his assistant. They were recommended to me by Alan, a co-worker. These guys were amazing. They renewed my faith in the home renovation industry. I have a century home so all the work had to be done from the outside so no damage to the century old interior wood frame. Alex came in and we went over what I needed in each room of the house. (21 windows & 14 openings). He then gave me an estimated which was less than my other quotes but included more and better quality. Then it was George and his assistants turn. They came in and removed all old and installed all new in one day. The following day they sealed and trimmed all the windows. Their work was meticulous, exact and of the highest quality. It was their “craft” ( An occupation or trade requiring manual dexterity or skilled artistry) I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They were punctual, professional, friendly and Alex followed up on any and all concerns I had and rectified them immediately. The windows were done in August and I still have their sign on my front lawn. The rating for these guys should be 12 out of 10.
