I had 4 windows replaced. Im so happy. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, & cleaned up the job site. The installers were so pleasant & did such a fabulous job. All in all Im so happy I chose Stittsville Windows & Doors. From the first visit from the salesman to the truck driving off my property, it was a great experience. It was so nice to deal with people you could fully trust. Thank you Stittsville Windows & Doors!

Office was completely disorganized - lost my initial quote, lost my order and was over a month installing the door. I would never use this company again - not worth the stress and hassle. That said -- the door itself is gorgeous and is exactly what I ordered.

Recently got my patio door replaced with a new one and couldn't be more happier with the result of it. Had the sales rep come out and give us a quote and his contact information if we proceed to go with them. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. 2 months later they installed the door, the team was very professional, clean, and quick at there work. The install when very quickly and the finished product was finished very nicely.

Our windows were 25 years old and showing signs of breaking down. After some research we stopped in at Stittsville Windows and Doors. The appointment at our home to review and give us an estimate was exactly that. No pressure tactics were used, the representative left us the estimate and we were to call him if we decided to proceed. Three and a half months later the windows and doors were installed by a company employed by Stittsville Window and Doors. It took them only 5-6 hours to do the whole house, they were professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and fixed a couple of minor trouble spots to ensure that everything looked finished. I would gladly recommend Stittsville Window and Doors and have done so already to a couple of neighbours. Couldn't be more pleased. Pat Hamilton

Tim and Tom and crew did a fast and efficient job. They arrived on time and clean up was excellent. Explained how new windows opened and closed and product guarantee .

Everything about this company is top notch. The windows and patio door look fabulous. I got a geat price. I am so happy to have found them. I would recommend them to others for sure!

We had six well known companies come to give us an estimate to redo the windows and doors in our home and decided to go with Stittsville Windows and Doors because they actually showed us their product and were able to explain the quality and features of their windows. This an amazing company! From start to finish this was an extremely satisfying and stress free experience. From the sales people to the installers, they are a team of incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, well trained and respectful professionals. And my house looks great! I'm extremely impressed with Stittsville Windows and Doors. They exceeded my expectations. They didn't have a hard sales approach. They matter of factly stated that their product is superior to other competitors and followed up by demonstrating how they are better. They worked long and hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend them!
