Awesome job, love my floor! I had a concern with the amount of unused product. Courtney, the store manager, personally came over and measured the floor, adjusted the invoice resulting in a refund! Would definitely use Total Hardwood for my next job!

We have recently updated our home with hardwood floor throughout the entire second floor, and main floor (all but the kitchen), and could not be happier with the product and service provided by Courtney Rutledge and his team. We had been scouting around for flooring for almost a year when we happened upon Total Hardwood Flooring in Pickering. When I entered the store for the first time, I was greeted with kindness and respect. I was given all sorts of options to think about without the normal "high pressure" sales technique. When I returned with my wife to look at options, Courtney treated me like a friend, and welcomed my wife as if he were gaining a new friend.When we decided on which floor (in our case, the hand scraped hickory 5" hardwood) Courtney set us up with timely delivery and instructions. We decided with professional installation, and again...Courtney set us up with what we consider the finest team of contract installers anywhere. Ben Mark and his able team came to our home, and provided us with a step by step of what to expect. He arrived at our home on time, every day, and finished our project within the timeframe forecast by both himself and Total Hardwood. The attention to detail with regards to both the product (Courtney and Total Hardwood) and the installation (Ban Mark and his team) was second to none. I have to say the installers at Total Flooring are the absolute best. They paid great attention to detail and I am more than pleased with the job. Excellent customer service, great price and terrific job guys. I would for sure recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase and install hardwood flooring.

This store had really great variety and the staff was incredibly helpful. Couldn't come close to finding a better price. Staff was intelligent and knowledgable about their products. Didn't use delivery so cannot comment on that. Six months later - quality is definitely holding up.
