We had great service from everyone we dealt with. Paul in the store and then Wade and Connie, the installers. Wade and Connie were very pleasant to deal with and they knew their stuff. They did a fantastic job.

Complete confusion from the time I made the first installment payment for the carpet. The quote ended up being higher than originally quoted by a bit. They explained why and it made a bit of sense. Then when the installers came there was no problems we agreed that the subfloor did not need to be replaced which saved me $200. When I was given the final total to pay the installer they were not satisfied with the amount. I showed them my final work order which showed my total was correct minus the $200. They argued that their detailed labor cost given to the store was at least $100 more. It took a call to the sales guy to work out that the store messed up somewhere and that they would deal with the discrepancy with the installers. The carpet looks great by the way

After getting many quotes, we decided to get our carpet from Byron at Carpet Superstores. We LOVE our carpet. We are very happy with the company they recommended to install it. We are extremely happy with our carpet. We had a few problems arise during the process but they did fix them quickly so I would recommend them for sure & will go back when we are ready to do more.

We came it looking for out of the ordinary tile and received exceptional help from Carolyn at Carpet Superstores. She found us a couple of great choices and then actually offered to come in on her day off to make sure our tile order got sent off since we told her we were in a time crunch!

Great selection of carpet and prices are competitive. Installer mostly did a good job but was dificult to get ahold of to do an estimate and we are now waiting to have a small install issue fixed with no word on when this will happen. We are anxious to get this done. They do have othe installers but this installer was who we were told to use and we paid the installer directly.

Carpet superstore was our choice when we decided to replace the carpet in our home, Hugo was very helpful and we were happy with the installation. We loved the laminate so much, we got more and replaced the carpet in our bedroom. Shout out to Kim Chau who did an excellent job!

Quite happy with their work although he could have sold us upgraded carpet for sure, lacking knowledge in what our needs would be for a playroom with 3 kids. Very good installer although there were a couple pieces of the carpet cutting blade on the stairs

Carpet Superstore has a staff that is helpful and efficient. I have dealt with them several times and recommend them to others. George from Ardrossan was our installer and he did an excellent job of the installation.

Carpet Superstore sales personnel are very knowledgeable about their products. They ask questions to help determine the best product for your needs - for example is it to be used for a high traffic area or a sitting room. Then they are able to offer an apporpriate product in a range of styles and price.

When it came time to install new flooring in our kitchen we went to them because of there good selection and knowledgable staff. Their prices were competitive and they set us up with a installer to come out and do the job in a quick and efficient manner.
