The addition that was added looks like it was an original build. You cannot tell that another room was added. It is exactly what we wanted and with a few minor hiccups the job was done with professionalism and attention to all the details. This room is on the second level and we also added a balcony. I would highly recommend Mario and his team as they get the job done with a minimum amount of disruption to your home and yard. Thanks Mario we are enjoying this new room every day!!

I'm very impressed with the dedication to quality workmanship. Mario and his team not only finished my basement, they went the extra mile on several occasions to "do the job right". They came up with creative suggestions during the process that included moving ducting and the toilet (which involved hammering the cement foundation). His team was always polite. Mario also repaired the only complaint I had when they were done.

I saw Mario at the Edmonton Home and Garden show. I had him and two other companies give quotes. His price was in the middle, but I felt he had superior quality. The build went very well and we were very satisfied.

I saw a flyer advertising Mario’s company in my mail. He was doing work in the area and I liked what he had done. They tore up a poorly laid travertine floor and replaced it with another travertine tile. Cutting travertine can be very dusty work, but they were very respectful with the dust control, taping off the area to keep the dust away from the rest of the house. They did a good job of cleaning as they went.

I saw this company at work at a neighbor's house. The neighbor recommended that we get a quote from him, as he was happy with Mario’s work. There was a delay for the start of the project, some unforeseen issues at another site, but once the team got started, they worked steadily until it was completed. We were very happy with all aspects of the project.

Someone recommended using Mario to do the renovation of our basement. He is very accommodating and really wants to satisfy the customers needs. His staff was polite and tidy. Overall, the job went very well, he is good to work with.

We hired them to renovate much of our main floor. It involved a half bath and removing a wall between our kitchen and dining room, in order to enlarge the kitchen. They painted, installed tiles, cabinets, etc. We had decided to use Mario after getting a referral from someone.We gathered several quotes but felt comfortable choosing Mario.

Mario was helpful, on-time, and completed the work on schedule. We had our kitchen gutted, re-floored, and prepared for cabinetry installation. We appreciated Mario's expertise and advice, and the ability to make choices regarding the tradespeople we worked with. All along the way, Mario communicated clearly, honestly, and consistently with us so we always knew what was going on. We now have a beautiful kitchen which everyone admires! Thanks, Mario!

It's just a little 1000 sq ft bungalow built in the early 1960s but the changes that it's undergoing are amazing. Out with the worn carpet, in with laminate flooring. Out with the aged linoleum, in with the tile. Out with the old kitchen and in with new - totally new - plumbing, electrical and cabinetry. Reconfigured, the new kitchen has more storage and more counter space, and looks wonderful, of course. All of it has been made possible by Mario and his crew. I've never felt that this was too small a job for Mario. I am treated well and listened to. Importantly, I am kept informed of what is happening and involved when decisions must be made. All of the workers, both his own and those contracted in, have been polite and done their jobs well. Mario expects good workmanship from everyone he hires and is onsite almost daily to ensure the work is progressing to his exacting standards. Is the process disruptive? Of course, it involved moving everything on the main floor and going without a kitchen for a few weeks. Is it expensive? Yes, but now I don't feel I have to move to be in the house I want. Is it worth it? Absolutely, the house is like new and when it comes time to sell the increase in equity will help offset the cost. Is Mario the contractor I would recommend? Without any hesitation. In fact, even though the finishing touches are just now being done in the kitchen, we're already talking about what to do about the garage!

Our dealings with Mario have been a new experience for us and for him. We have learned together through this process and he has always been honest with us and accomodating when we need it. His crew are all very kind and hard working. I would recommend that a contract of some sort is drafted at the start of the job instead of the "do it as we go" style of billing...but as I said a learning experience for all of us :) Overall Mario is always knowledgeable and rational. Very comitted to the project success and to his clients. I would recommend him as a contractor.
