Navco did an awesome job repairing my hidden gutters, replacing the soffit, replacing my skylight with an automatic, opening, skylight, adding 35 lights, painting the facia, repairing my deck, and replacing the wooden stairs with composite material. Ill never have to worry about rotting wooden stairs again. And its comforting to know that my hidden gutters are not leaking and rotting. Ernesto and the crew were great to work with, you get what you pay for. The crew worked diligently, and if I expressed any concern, it was dealt with by the crew or Ernesto right away. I look forward to working with them on any future projects that I have and will recommend them, and fair pricing. Thank you Edgar, Ernesto and the crew. The old roof was tar and gravel and lots of moss. The roof itself wasn't leaking or anything but the seal on one part of the gutter was broken and there was tons of water just pouring out between the gutter and the fascia. Dan came by to do a free estimate. Very nice guy. Explained everything that was going to be done. Gave two options for my low slope roof. We decided on EPDM over torch on. Roof and soffit vents also added. Alejandro was the supervising contractor but the main person in charge of day-to-day stuff was Sal. They did the work in several days. Cleaned up the work site sufficiently. So far so good!

Due to NAVCO Constructions skilled installation and detailed workmanship we now have a new IKO AMOUR SHAKE ROOF replacing a 25 year old cedar shake roof. Alejandro was our skilled methodical roofer who found numerous solutions/reasons regarding problems we had with our old cedar roof. We are now minus 8 dormant wasp nests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NAVCO CONSTRUCTION AND THEIR WORK ETHIC FOR ANY REROOFING PROJECT.

We are ecstatic with the service and quality products and craftsmanship that Navco Construction provided to restore our old house, built in the 50's, to like NEW again. Don't be fooled by (owner) Edgar's low-key unassuming nature and virtually no pressure sales tactics - he is a master of his craft, who is up to date with the latest trends and technologies and knows how to apply them to his construction business - we were lucky to find him. Alejandro, assigned to our project kept us well-informed ensuring everything was on schedule and that we were happy every step of the way. All his men worked long hard hours and were polite and addressed all our concerns. First was the new roof (with ridge vents) and fascia boards, then the vinyl soffits to replace the falling rock dash stucco soffits... plus the new wood siding to replace the old rotted siding (Antonio did a fantastic job here), and finally the new gutters. There was a slight issue with one of the fascia boards and the gutters, but this was corrected immediately the next day. This company is busy and I would not hesitate in recommending this "one stop shop" company for all your roofing needs and more. Our old house was totally transformed!

The workers have great work ethic and professionalism. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Ed kept me informed of the status of the work in real time and explained whenever I have questions. The project was completed to my satisfaction and on time. Highly recommended!

Navco delivered more than they promised, the job site was always tidy and the crew very professional. The timing was right on and the job was finished when promised. I would recommend Edgar, Earnesto and the whole crew highly and will use them again.

Had a great experience working with the guys from Navco. Hard working and PUNCTUAL. Looking forward to having them back in the near future.

Edgar and his team were great from the very start. The quote was quicker than any other, on par and well laid out. The final product was exactly as explained, no extra costs, or at least nothing that I didn't approved. The team cleaned up each and every day, were very polite and respectful to the family every time they saw us. You can't have a better team to install your roof!

Great looking new gutters and trim paint. House looks nice and different. Like it. Happy with the work the Navco team did.
