The company was very efficient to check the problem on the roof, and to give the Contract Proposal; and they were able to provide the right products for the perfect replacement.

I had a roof leak and I got in touch with BQR. They showed up 1 time , did not go into attic to see leak but identified what they thought was leaking and gave me an estimate for $2000. I knew what they said was impossible, sent them a message and they came back, assessed something completely different and gave me an estimate for additional $2000. Obviously I needed my roof repaired so I agreed even though I had a bad feeling. They did the work, assured us it was fixed and billed $4000. After getting interior damage repaired at a big cost the first rainfall the roof leaked as bad as before. I called local roofing company for emergency service. They identified problem and fixed it same day and told me BQR were negligent. The problem was easily identifiable and easily fixed. The additional flooding cost me another $1700 in interior damage. BQRs response was to initially tell me tough luck until they finally reduced the original invoice by $2000. They were there for a total of 1.5 hours and original invoice was $4000. The entire experience was very negative. Very unprofessional, negligent and completely incompetent. Please do yourself a favor and never hire this company. Bad news all around

Mo came and fixed a very serious dent and hole in my gutter. He was very nice. He sealed the hole and fixed the dent. He also worked on another problem area in my gutter and didn’t charge me. I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Best Quality Roofing by one of their employees whom has helped me out in the past with roofing repairs. I met Rick on- site for the quotation. Their approach was professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. When we decided to employ them to install the new roof , they did an excellent job in a fast and efficient manner.

I had the roof and decking replaced , expensive but professional and quality work, pleasant staff.

Old flat tar and gravel roof was leaking. BQR removed it and applied a new 3 ply torch on roof. They worked quickly and with minimal disruption. They made a great finished product.

Roof Leaked Richard and Tyler evaluated situation recommended a course of action. Roof finished in two days crew wore safety harnesses Work safe attended site and ok'd set-up signed off for crew to proceed. Gutter work followed. Crew did a fantastic job. Richard and Tyler suggested going with the colour black. This turned out to be a terrific idea as the new gutters and downpipes look outstanding against the white stucco and gray siding. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone as they follow the safety rules. The clean-up afterwords was first rate.
