Natalie chose our quartz counter tops and we are thrilled with her selection!! We weren’t sure about what she chose, but we trusted her opinion and we are so happy we did!

We went to Capa Granite because of their excellent on line reviews and were immediately impressed with the reception we received from Valerie when we went to take a look. The entire experience was excellent overall from picking out our granite, to pricing, to install and efficiency. We can not say enough about the knowledge and professionalism from everyone including Lucas, Paul and their helpers as well.

Making a commitment of this magnitude is worrisome as it is a huge financial investment. When we met with Natalie we knew they were professional. We put our trust in Lukas & his team and are amazed and extremely pleased with the results. All sink cutouts are perfect as is our focal kitchen island which required very precise and complex cuts. Highly recommend. We are very picky but are oh! so pleased! Don't think about going anywhere else...great price and fantastic job! Thanks Lukas!

Trying to choose a company is very tough with so many out there. Used them in two different homes. Such perfectionist. Great selection. So easy to work with. Referred others. Everyone very happy with their dealings. Neat work, timely responce. Will use them again!

After making the decision to upgrade kitchen and bathroom counter, now decision had to be made on who to choose to install. Checked out the big box stores, and a few recommended locations from family, and winners of Hamilton Readers’ Choice award, still was not 100% certain that these company’s where who we wanted. A neighbour that had used CAPA for 2 separate home installations, highly recommended them. So we checked them out. We pride ourselves at being very selective, and conscious of the overall appearance and quality of design work. So yes I would say we are very fussy customers. Having said that, CAPA people(Val, Natalie, Carmen, Paul, Luke) were very patient, understanding, extremely helpful, not only in the final selection of the materials, but the recommendation of colours, material choice, and overall design concept. After finally making material selection, the fabrication and installation took only 2 weeks. We would highly recommend the CAPA Granite.

We chose the granite from Cappa's show in November and it was installed in December. All staff we dealt with were kind, knowledgeable and always returned calls and e mails. The quality of the stone is stunning. Thank you Cappa for a great experience! Lonnie and Lee Ann Lake Brantford

Right from the start Capa Granite was up front with online estimates for our project before we ever went to the showroom. The showroom featured several types of stone and Natalie was helpful in answering any questions we had. When we found the stone we wanted both Valerie and Natalie were helpful with the process in obtaining the granite we picked. We had a very large island and we wanted one piece of stone to fit uncut, as well as stone for the rest of the counters. Carm came out to measure our counters before the install and Luke answered questions we had about how the stone would be cut. Install day went great, we have the beautiful stone we love and we are enjoying our kitchen. Thank you Capa Granite!

I settled on CAPA Granite after getting estimates from 6 others for new countertops. CAPA excelled in all aspects of the process from advice on colour, to measurement, to care in the fabrication and installation, all done a timely basis. They are a great team to deal with - friendly, polite, professional and price competitive. The new countertops have more than met my expectations. I highly recommend CAPA Granite.

We are extremely pleased with outcome of our kitchen countertop installation, from fabrication to installation and follow up service! What's nice about Capa is that it's a small business, with the owners, Carm and Paul, both closely involved with the templating and installation. When we had an issue with the honed black granite counters (an inherent problem with the stone itself), Capa was quick to come by and problem-solve until the issue was rectified to our satisfaction. There's much to be said about customer service, in this day and age of big box stores, and Capa delivered big time. We couldn't be happier with our natural stone countertops and the wonderful staff at Capa Granite! We highly recommend you check them out.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company, they were punctual, pleasant to deal with, and were very conscientious in regards to the installation. Both Paul and Carm who did the installation along with Natalie from their office made this a pleasant experience, plus their pricing was very competitive.
