WeatherPro is awful. The installers came late, took 3 days longer than anticipated to complete the job (worked over the weekend because they had other job scheduled) and damaged my property. They completely disregarded my request to get rid of my outer covering.

The bow windows we installed in our reading corner are simply exquisite. Their unique design has uplifted the area's aesthetics, making it a cozy haven. The crew's professionalism was evident in their methodical approach, ensuring each window fitted perfectly.

We introduced awning windows to our attic space, and the difference is palpable. Its wonderful to experience a cool breeze, even when theres a light drizzle outside. Kudos to the installation team, who were not only adept at their job but also took the time to address our myriad questions.

We ordered 2 windows from Weather Pro a few months ago and just had them installed on October 30. Ian Holt, their sales representative was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. Their installation crew, namely Bogdan, Eugene and Vitaliy were fantastic! They had one difficult window to install on the back wall of our home that they needed to erect scaffolding to access, both inside and outside our home. These guys were meticulous from the get go! We will be ordering more windows from Weather Pro in their New Year. If you are looking for great quality windows, look no further and give this company a call!

In May of 2022 I hired Weather Pro to replace all the windows in my house and I told them that they had to be done by September and the sales rep told me that it wouldn't be a problem. September came and went and they finally called me they wanted to do the install at the end of November, I refused it and put it off until May. When I changed the install date the attitude I got was absolute B.S, they demanded 80% of the money, of course I refused that and I told them that they will get paid when the job is done. On the install date of May 24, 2023 they came to install the windows, but they installed double pane windows when I ordered triple pane. Needless to say I was not impressed so I phoned their office to complain about this and all I got was attitude and a demand for money and threats of putting a Lein against my house and suing me. I told them that I'm not paying for something that I didn't ask for and demanded they they replace the windows and I told them that they aren't getting an f-ing dime until the job is done and done right. They agreed to order new windows and they told me that they will be here by the end of June, well June has come and gone, I phoned again then I was told July 21 and it is now August 11 and still nothing. At this point I'm ready to talk to a lawyer to see what options I have. I want to call in another window company to remove Weather Pro's 2 pane windows and replace them with triple pane. I knew down deep that I should have hired Supreme Windows the little bit of extra money would have been well worth it.

Crew arrived on time and got the job done in one day. Ten window replacement went off without a hitch.
