We contacted Joe from RJ Aluminum Railings for an estimate to install a new front porch railing. He came to give us an estimate (in writing) and the timeline was perfect. He was professional, knowledgeable, offered us many options and was reasonably priced. He is kind and honest. The final product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We are very happy and would certainly hire him again.

Joe came over quickly to do an estimate and we chose to hire him as he is an honest, kind and stand-up guy with competitive prices! He gave us his professional opinion about the look and heights - and the end product looks great! Though there were some issues out of his control (production delays and a very detailed fence inspector) Joe did his best to keep us in the loop and to remedy anything that needed to be done. We had a pool installation scheduled for summer 2021 and we decided to have our deck (29’ x 16’) fenced instead of fencing in the new pool. We reached out to Joe very late in the process as we thought that we were going to have someone else install the glass fence. Joe was the absolute best and easiest contractor to deal with throughout our entire pool building process. Quick with communication, no upselling just straight honest answers, and respectful. We went with glass fencing with metal railing that had to be at least 4 feet tall per code. I really wanted rail free glass fencing but the cost was almost double and Joe assured me that I would be happy with the product. Joe completed the install on his own in one day with no fuss. He kept the work area organized and left no mess (more contractors need to be like this). The final product is beautiful! We are more than thrilled with the work and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. If we ever have need of similar work in the future, he’ll be the first one that we call. Joe came over promptly after we requested an estimate for new porch railings and a long handrail for the side of our house. The quote was reasonable, and everything was installed well, within a few weeks of ordering our custom materials. We're very happy, and would gladly recommend this company.

We changed our front railings. We got immediate reply and fast service. It was easy to explain what we need and like.
