It started out wanting to put pot lights in the kitchen and quickly became a full main floor project as my ideas for my space grew. Dan’s work was exceptional. He was accurate in his measurements and so careful in his planning. I am now the proud owner of 20 new pot lights and there are absolutely no repairs needed to the ceiling as he was able to do everything from the holes he made to accommodate the lights. In addition to quality work, Dan is pleasant to speak to and well mannered. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. It is without hesitation that I give this review and I would call him immediately for any future electrical needs.

I've used gccelectric before so I knew what to expect. Dan and the crew came in at 7:30 am. We walked through the job he marked up all the potlight locations with tape and made sure I am 100 % satisfied with all the layouts. Then they started and worked through until everything was done. They installed about 45 pot lights and dimmers. I really like the new modern style of the lights they used. I am completely satisfied with the work and I will use gccelectric again.

I was planning on renting my basement to a tenant and in order to do that/to rent I needed to be certified "ESA" by the government. I called a few companies and many did not want to take on the job because they would thereby become responsible. I gave GCCElectric a call and they came out in a timely fashion (within the same week of calling them) and they fixed everything in one day! I had the ESA final inspection and everything was a pass! I would give this company a 10/10 as they did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used their company and I have been extremely happy both times. I found them on their HomeStars reviewal page and would most definitely recommend this company!

Dan is a true professional and knows his stuff. In addition to completing the work, he took time to answer my questions. Taking pride in what he does, Dan found a broom and asked for a dust pan (something a lot of contractors do not do). Thank you Dan for making me feel safer in my home and not scared to plug things in.

We've called GCCElectric based on good reviews, Dan came the next day, walked through the whole house with us, tested outlets, looked at the electrical panel and the wires running in the basement. He sent us his quote the next day. After we agreed on the final price and terms they booked the work for week later. Before they started the work, they covered the furniture, used drop sheets, kept cleaning up as they worked through the whole house. The job took them 4 days. We are very happy with the results, they added receptacles, switches and pot lights as well. We will definitely recommend GCCElectric to our friends.

I am very satisfied with the excellent work by Dan. He installed a new panel and pigtailed and changed all the aluminum wired devices; GFCI receptacles where ESA code required. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan and I would highly recommend him. He was professional and diligent throughout the whole process.

Dan and his guys were very professional since the first day. They showed up at 7am as agreed, started on the electrical panel, the Hydro came right after, disconnected the power, by noon we had a new electrical panel, the ESA inspector liked the job they did. they installed additional 12 pot lights in the kitchen and living room, they used drop sheets, lasers to line up the lights. they cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with the job they did. We will recommend GCCElectric to our friends.

I contacted GCC Electric and 3 other companies on Homestars to provide us with an estimate on installed 27 LED recessed Soffit Potlights. I am very pleased I decided to hire GCC Electric. Dan was prompt and provided me with a quote on the spot. He was very patient and listened to my needs and offered helpful suggestions and options to provide me with what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks of moving forward Dan was here at my home to install the potlights. The installation went extremely well and in a timely fashion. We received countless compliments from our family, friends and neighbors about the lights. They make the world of a difference for curb appeal and visibility at night. Dan was the only person from the 4 companies who suggested the black trim and silver colour led light fixture which went perfectly with our black windows and black soffits. I would highly recommend GCC to anyone.

Dan and John went through each connection point in my house, rewired the connections (pigtailed) and changed all my old outlets, switches, lights, changed the outlets to GFCI where needed by ESA, changed the electrical panel. Provided a safety certificate for my insurance company. I feel 100% safer in my house now and it looks like new with all the new switches and plugs. 100% satisfied with GCCElectric, will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dan and His crew helped from the first day. We weren't sure what the electrical design will be like when we started the addition but GCCElectric gave us great ideas and discussed plans since the first visit. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and colleges.
