Nino and team set up my sprinkler system in 2020. I have to say it's been great! I'm always getting compliments how green and thick my lawn is, and my vegetables are so big because of my drip line! Team was professional and did a great job at the installation. I have multiple sprinkler zones (front lawn, side lawn, small strip by the driveway, back lawn); I have sprinklers also for the flower gardens; I have drip lines in my vegetable garden, cedar hedges, and trees behind my swimspa). Nino and son come every Spring to open the system, and in the Fall to winterize my system. Year 2 I had a hole in one garden line, which they cutaway and added a replacement piece, all within the warranty. I would totally recommend a sprinkler system and would recommend Riverstone Irrigation to come and install it, including having them do the twice a year servicing. I love not dragging a garden hose and using the app to schedule my watering between 4am to 6am! Side note: he trimmed one tree in my back because it really needed it, no charge. Now I maintain it each year.

I contacted Nino to replace a defective sprinkler head I was quoted $235. and told him to go ahead. After he replaced the head and turned the system back on, I discovered that the head he replaced was not the same as the other heads and did not cover the same area. I asked him to replace it but he wouldn't.. I even sent him an email threatening to advise Homestars of his poor service but he never contacted me again. I had to contact another Irrigation contractor to remove the head Nino put in and replace it with the correct one. There were other issues with Nino's service call but this was the most frustrating one. I never saw it coming.

After our walkout was done, the irrigation system was damaged in many spots. I called Riverstone, and at the same evening, everything was fixed and running smoothly. Nino and his team, HARD TO FIND PROFESSIONALS. We were lucky to find people who know what they are doing! Reliable, fast, affordable pricing. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I have dealt with Riverstone irrigation plenty of times and each time I have been impressed with the friendly and prompt service. They performed a fall shut-off of our sprinkler system and then in the spring came back to help us with two separate repairs that were needed to get the system fully functional. Nino and his team were quick, professional and left my yard in pristine condition. I highly recommend Nino and the Riverstone team for any irrigation install or service.

Riverstone Irrigation has been an amazing company to work with ever since we got our Sprinkler system installed with them in Aug 2022. They responded the same day when we contacted the company for a sprinkler system quote. They answered all our questions and came in person to view our yard, advised us, and gave suggestions for the installation. Nino and his team came on the agreed upon day with ample advance notice. The whole team was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The install was done very well, and no mess was left behind. Stefano was very helpful in setting up the Wi-Fi control, explained it very well and walked thru the complete app setup. The team has come back ever since the install to open and close the system for spring and fall. Overall, a very good experience.

Overall experience has been great. I love my sprinkler system!! The project was completed in a timely manner. Installation team was very nice and helpful in guiding me through system navigation. They sent out a representative to make adjustments very quickly when I made a request a few days after project completion due to a change of landscape plan. They were kind and patient in working with me anytime I had questions or concerns. Great customer service! I am very grateful to Nino and Stefano and the whole team at Riverstone Irrigation Ltd. I highly recommend them.

Nino and his team responded to our request for a sprinkler system quote the same day that we called. Not only did he answer our questions, but he came to our house in person to do a full walkthrough, giving us advice and suggestions for our project. They were prompt, professional, courteous and completed their work when promised. They've also been back the past two years to do our sprinkler opening and closing for a very reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommended!
