Dimitri went above and beyond, repairing and re-keying all of the locks in our new house. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was quick and thorough. I will definitely call Locksmith Care again!

Our locks were so bad that our 3 kids couldnt make the key turn in them and wed b en leaving them unlocked until everyone was home- not very safe. I called to have keypad locks installed and the technician suggested the wifi controls- we love it! Everyone has the app and the code is easy to use as well so now we never need to leave doors open. We did the front door and side door. Fast, responsive service and the technician was lovely.

I needed two passage sets installed. One of them, for my front door, was 130 years old and had been put in working order offsite. I was cautioned to have it carefully installed, so I looked for a good locksmith. Locksmith Care had great reviews and Homestars approval, so I called them. Dimitri came the next day and took great care installing the ancient mortise and doorknobs. And he tightened up the whole assembly so it didn't wobble, as it had before. Then he installed the other passage set, which needed some work with a drill. All done quickly, efficiently, and carefully, and the price was reasonable. Both passage sets work perfectly now. I recommend Dimitri very highly.

We recently decided to change our regular deadbolts for smart locks. Dimitar took the time to explain which locks he felt were best and the reasons why. His communication was always prompt and clear. During installation he tested and reviewed everything. Absolutely the best locksmith I've come across in the city-highly recommended!

I called about my broken lock at 08:00am Dmitry was at my door at 10:30 am. After some discussion I agreed to a keyless lock and new door knob for our house. I was impressed with his professionalism. The work was completed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a locksmith.

When I contacted Dimitri, he informed me my broken lockset was covered by a lifetime warranty, which I wasn't aware of. I was then able to obtain a new lockset at no charge, saving me several hundred dollars. When it arrived, Dimitri came out the same day, showed up on time and quickly installed the lockset for a reasonable price. I will defintely call Dimitri again. Very pleased with his work.

I copy pasted from a recent review because it describes my situation and experience almost exactly... The handle on our front door was getting stuck and has progressively gotten worse to the point where we could barely open and close it. He came out within the hour and replaced our handle/latch with a much better part than was originally installed. Our door now works better than ever. We found him very prompt, professional and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended!!
