The lock on our front door was getting stuck and has progressively gotten worse to the point where we could barely open and close it. Dimitri came out within the hour and replaced our door latch with a much better part than was originally installed. Our door now works better than ever. We found him very prompt, professional and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended!!

I lost my home keys in the snow storm while I was picking up my daughter from school yesterday . I called up Locksmith Care and Dimitry was quick to respond . He came to our home admist the snow heap , re-keyed the combination and restored the same . Dimitry was professional , knowledgeable and good with his work . He was on time and saved us tons of hassels . Appreciate his professional approach and thank him for his good customer service .

I called based on awesome reviews and was not disappointed. He was able to come the next day, between Christmas and New Year's and assessed my front door lock issues very quickly. He removed broken Smart Lock, installed a new lock and replaced the handle hardware also as it was old and had been jamming regularly in the cold weather. Very professional, polite, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. Have had some terrible experiences in the past with locksmiths so was VERY pleased to find this company.

Dimitar (Dmitry) came through and installed a new deadbolt on our recently burgled garage door. He was great, super friendly and knowledgeable and had the job done quickly. It wasn't easy as our door had some issues but with a little bit of elbow grease and improvisation he managed to get it done. Can't recommend him more highly!

Our basement tenant had their purse taken on the subway with house keys inside and ID (showing our address). This morning we contacted Locksmith Care and Dimitri was at our house within two hours and rekeyed the lock and provided extra keys as requested. He is a nice man, highly professional and provided some additional advice about security which was welcome and free. We have no hesitation to recommend this service. Great job!

This was my first time using Locksmith Care. Dimitri arrived at our house a few hours after contacting him. Communication was great, before and during the service call. He suggested that the lock be re-keyed rather than changing all the hardware. Fast, efficient, reliable and friendly is how I would describe their service. We needed to have locks rekeyed in my home. We had a basement door, garage door and front door that all needed to be done. I make an appointment and the tech showed up on the right day - and even early! He did a great job and was very pleasant and professional. He advised us how to rekey the locks so that they were easier to work and his ideas even saved us money. Good job! I would recommend this company for sure!
