Roof was replaced in 2014. Contract clearly states 10 year warranty against workmanship. In the late summer of 2021, we noticed water intrusion through our bedroom window. We eventually suspected it to be coming from the roof during heavy down pours. The owner of the company came out to inspect the roof and stated there were no issues with the roof. In October, more rain and more water intrusion into the bedroom. I looked into the attic and noticed there was a dark line at the joints of the roof panels, clearly indicating water intrusion. I called HR Roofing to come and do an inspection on the inside of the house. They did not respond to my calls or my text messages, using a number we had previously corresponded through. We had another roofing specialist recommended through a company that did our kitchen renovation and they came out. He went up on the roof and provided pictures of issues, in the exact spot where we told him we suspected the problem was. This was clearly a workmanship issue in his opinion. We contracted this roofer to correct the issue as HR Roofing was unresponsive, and ignoring our communications. Further pictures taken during the repair revealed that ice water protection was not installed per the quote. Although the cost of the roof replacement was attractively low, we regret not having done better due diligence on the company we used.

On a recommendation, I called HR Roofing to fix a leak on my roof due to a poorly installed vent. Jack was able to fix an affordable price with no issue. I would recommend HR Roofing with no hesitation.

H&R Roofing was recommended by a neighbour. We're located in downtown Toronto. Jack came and quoted on schedule, and on paper. The reroofing on our house was done well and as scheduled. There was one thing that we were not satisfied with. Jack responded and returned to rectify the issue himself.

Jack and crew came to do the roof at our home in Mississauga in July of 2020. The crew worked very hard and completed the job in 1 day. They were punctual, arrived on time, were efficient and obliged by removing our satellite dish, etc although it was at the end of their day. They required minimal supervision and did not rush at all. Definitely recommend them as they are hard working and focused. Did a good job.

Jack came, Jack quoted, Jack got the job. Despite a super hot day, the crew was punctual and worked right through the day. Price was fair, and work was completed in what seems to be good workmanship. Thank you Jack. Adam

I've used H&R Roofing for two of my homes that I've owned over the past 10 years. I found their workmanship to be professional and reasonably priced. They completed their work on-time (inside of 1 day), and on budget as per their original estimate / quote. I also found them to be responsive to any concerns I had regarding the work that was completed. (They do provide a 10 year transferable warranty; which proved to be of value when selling my previous home in Newmarket). I have no hesitation recommending H&R roofing.

I was satisfied with the whole process! Jack was very helpful and professional! I mostly appreciated the convenience of Him providing the estimates when I was not present! And the punctuality of the workers! Thank you for a job well done!!

Jack was very responsive to my request to a quote. He scheduled to come and take a look in a very timeky way. He showed up on time and brought everything he needed to do the job quickly and effectively. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him!

Very nice job done. Fast response. Great job. Reasonable price. Although sometimes difficult to reach. But overall very happy with the job.

I got the quote from 4 different roofing company and no one was near H&R Roofing. There were missing parts on the side of the roof. They came back and installed it for free. The roof looks great and no more leak!
