Heat pump
Great company with excellent services. David provided great details about the heat pump and answered all of our questions really well. He arranged the installation, and then the auditing, all these are done within one week. It was amassing! Thanks to David and the installation screws for the professional services. It was a great experience.

Heat pump/ Furnace/ Humidifier Install
Excellent company with great service and professional Was able to accommodate me on the same day when my furnace died The technician that came worked endlessly and meticulously for hours to ensure the job was done to perfection The sales person gave me many options where I could put my Heat pump which no other person did . I was so happy with the job and quick response that my brother in law has now hired them too You wont regret hiring this company for your needs They also have very competitive rates

Do not recommend for heat pump and furnace replacement
This review is for the Windsor location. Had a heat pump and furnace installed. Sales person/Comfort Advisor Steven was dishonest in pricing and service. Quoted for things not received or done, and had to argue to get the charges partially taken off. The installation itself was clean and seems of decent workmanship. But if you sell and install a 2 stage furnace, DON'T leave it only in stage one - it will become undersized for the house when it gets much colder. The installer should have ran another wire (as was quoted) so the W2 can control stage 2 using my ecobee. Instead the installer was lazy and used the existing PEK module so the ecobee thinks it's a single stage furnace.. I opened the furnace panel to check, and the DIP switch for 2 stage operation wasn't even turned on. I learned of this after I googled the information myself. So much for Home Comfort when the install was not even optimal. tl/dl: Dishonest quotes to what is needed, lazy installers, go elsewhere.

AC Installation
