The sales representative (Daniel) was very professional, always responded timely for any questions. I strongly recommend him for all the new customers. Also, the heat pump was installed based on my schedule and the technicians were professional too. The heat pump works so quiet, everything is so good as far. Hopefully I will get my rebate soon.

In June of this year I installed a heatpump air conditioner. I am very satisfied with the service! The air conditioner is extremely quite! I would like to thank the salesman Hanson, he gave me a lot of professional advice and product introductions.

They are excellent and reliable. One evening, we found the hot water tank was leaking so we contacted their sale representative Raiden, he came to check immediately and get it replaced the next day. Really efficiency!

I'm satisfied with my heat pump install. The pre-install was pretty good - quick responses from Evan (the sales associate), quick scheduling for the install itself (a couple of weeks after I signed the initial contract). The questions I had were answered pretty well (such as pump size, install location, noise, etc). The installation itself took the whole day (from 9AM to 5PM). Interestingly enough, the copper lines are connected with quick connect, not welded. Overall, the install crew was pretty open about what they were doing as well as the reasoning why (such as clearances around the outdoor unit). The outdoor is rather quiet. Even when I'm on the backyard standing right in front of it, my neighbor's AC unit is louder. One downside is a limited selection of furnaces - I ended up getting an oversized furnace, which comes with its own downsides. Overall, pretty happy so far.

I purchased a brand-new Lennox A/C unit along with an additional 10 years parts and labor warranty. The unit was purchased in August of 2019 and installed sometime at the end of that summer. As you know in Canada the A/C is not used through fall and winter as it is too cold. A few months later in the spring, the A/C unit was not working, and I called this company to look at the unit. They spent hours on it and could not find a problem. They added freon and then left. I argued with them that the unit was defective, and they said it was fine as it was now working. Well, it only worked until the spring until it did the same thing again and every spring, thereafter. The same thing happened. It stopped working. Every year they came to check it and they couldn't find a problem. They'd replace more parts and add freon. I have complained many times and told them to give me a new unit and not a defective A/C unit but they avoid me. I have also talked to my doctor about the health issues me and my children have been having for the last few years, dizziness, nauseous, headaches, memory loss, brain fog...all consistent with a freon leak in our home. This is toxic and a health hazard. I'm told that this will do permanent damage.

Bruce was upfront about the costs and installation process. He sent a young tech and older gentleman to put in the unit (3/14/23). They did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the tank so far. It took about 5.5 hours to complete as they had to remove my old water tank, set up an exhaust to the outside of the house, and connect gas and water lines. They also installed a recirculating loop in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this. They were not very helpful with the internet connection, but Rinnai website was. My only complaints would be the very dirty and smelly drop cloths that were used and my doors being left opened everytime they went out to get something from their vehicles or to work on the exhaust at the side of the house.
