    Furnace & AC

    My old AC was broken, and Cary came to my house and he is nice and very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of suggestions. And the service and installation were fast and excellent, so my 2 babies can stay in the nice environment. I enjoy the Carrier Infinity products. They are quiet and efficiency. I definitely will refer to my families and friends.

    Rinnai R94LSI, General humidifier and Bryant air conditioner

    It is a Nightmare to use these people! Who ever want to use them, please read the following carefully. I have this company installed a Rinnai R94LSI hotwater system, a General humidifier and a Bryant air conditioner in May 2012. Right after the installation, I already found that the air conditioner was placed poorly on the yard and the hot water system was mounted -5 degree tilted, the workmanship is so horrible. Next day, I've found that the hot water supply is insufficient when two person are using at the same time where the factory claim that it will support four person shower at the same time. After complainted to the sales manager Kary, he come to my house after one week with another installer Mr. Gao to verify all the problems, Mr. Gao confirmed that the inlet for the water pipe and the gas pipe are too narrow and shall be replaced by a thicker one at the very beginning. The previous installer is a temporarily worker! Mr. Gao eventually came back in early September to re-addressed everything he has mentioned above. Next day after he left, all my family member found that, the hot water temperature will become cool after few minutes of shower, you have to turn the valve all the way to HOT in order to have hot water again. It is very uncomfortable, especially in winter. After two week of confirming this problem, I called the manager Kary again, he advice me to call the installer Mr. Gao directly, after talk to Mr. Gao, he told me that he never has this type of problem, he told me that he will check with the factory and call me back. However he never call me back or show up again. After one month in mid October, the temperature drops and the furnace turns on, my meter shows that the humidity is 18% only, I went down to the basement to check the system setting, then I discovered that the humidifier is not working at all because it has no water going through the filter. I called Kary again, he told me that he will call Mr. Gao to come back, however he never. Since then, I called either Kary, Mr. Gao or the reception desk each month, every time their response are the same "will come back tomorrow" ! Over a year now after their first installation, they never and ever shows up again, nor follow up the system. From this experience, I found Constant Home Comfort is a very small company and lack of management, Mr. Gao is the only technician they have and I believe he is working by job, returns for him has no pay or income. The symptom I have they don't even border to study or consult to the manufacturer. I just hope that, no one will use this company and suffer like me!

    Furnace replacement

    Found Cary on a search late at night on a cold winter day, my furnace was not running well and I was about to go on vacation the next few days. All contractors I called did not have the furnace in stock or could not come fast enough, some had higher prices and not very detailed about the product or service. Cary had lots of patience and explained how I can get this higher grade furnace as well as guaranteed rebates to bring the price down from $4,500 to about $2,500. He had all parties coming in and out in perfect synchronization, all was done in a single day and the furnace works like a charm. Cary followed up a few times to make sure I am happy with the new installation, that was even more surprising to me. I am pleased with the service and furnace and happy to recommend Cary to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC unit. Cary is a great guy to work with.

    Attic Insulation

    Wendy did the good job on arranging the appointment of the labour to install the attic insulation, giving me the advice of the way of keeping the house warmer, like installing the shutter. She also advise me to change the water saving toilet bowl. These advices are pretty good on saving me lots of money on utilities. thanks Wendy

    furnace

    My furnace was broken down last week and my house was freezing. I requested quotes from a few companies. This company give me the best quote with the same product. They keep follow up to see whatsoever they can do to get my business. Once I decided, they scheduled to install the furnace the next morning. Their efficient service solve us a lot of headache. They also have a one-year finance period with no interest which helps the family for such an unexpected expense.
