Our furnace broke on New Years Day and we tried calling several places to come on the same day without success. Luckily, our friend recommended Bruce from Home Comfort. Bruce responded right away and came over within ~20 min to assess the situation. We got the furnace replaced the very next morning. Bruce and the installation team were wonderful and professional. Provided best fit recommandation and suggested applicable rebate. thanks to their quick response, we dont have to sleep in a cold house another night during the Canadian winter. We had a pleasant experience with Home comfort and would recommend their furnace installation service.

I am the new customer for Constant Home Comfort, I bought new house and find all HAVC. System is old and low efficiency, so I decided to change new furnace, tankless and Ac , my friend send this company to me. I was very happy and satisfied their service and new equipments, Bruce give me the economic plan to me, and I spent a lot money to this house , so the budget is not enough, But the sales Bruce provided the good plan and rebate information. Bruce is very patient and friendly, I asked a lot questions about the HAVC system and new house, he is very knowledgeable about those . He also come to the installation time , and help me to communicate with technicians. Everything is good and just wait to the rebate. I believe I will enjoy the winter now

The technician Sam that came to install our new furnace was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and when some issues came up on our part that could have hampered the installation, he waited patiently for us to resolve them. And thanks to Kisa, she was amazing......courteous, professional, exceptional customer service as a salesperson. Promptly responded to our request and showed up to our appointment on time. Waited patiently and explained everything to us.

My furance broke after 22 years service. My family decided it is the time for a new and more efficient one. We wanted to change both furnace and air conditioner at the same time. I knew nothing about HVAC and started my research from scratch. I initially invite two of the biggest HVAC companies for quotation. One came in with good service but the quote is comparatively the highest one, I understand I paid some premium for better service, better name and higher overhead cost. The another one didn't bother to visit for a look and only provide me a quote over the phone. That was a bit disappointed me. I did't even know what model and spec. not to mention asking more questions. I decided to get another two quotes. One from Costco and another one from CHC. Costco quoted me second higher than the quote from the biggest one after different discount member enjoyed. I found CHC online , kind of heard the name before but knew it was not the most popular one. I have feeling , CHC was just for benchmark and I most likely not going to purchase from CHC. Surprisingly, Raiden ( the sales rep) provide me a beyond expectation cx experience. He arrived earlier but called me about that first. He arrived and spent some time to look around my air conditioner, furance, duct work. He was well prepared and took some measurements around the worksites. He also educated me some knowledge that I didn't know. For example, he told me they gonna change my air backflow duct work from right angle to curved elbow that can improve air flow and reduced noise. He then wrote me 3 different models of furance and air con at different price level. He explained to me the difference and what was his recommendation and the reasons. He also provided me another options that qualify for government subsidy and explained to me the process, pro and con of this option. Radien was the person who changed my mind about CHC. I told him I still had one more quote to come and cannot decide right away. He was ok with that and no pushing. After discussion with my family, we concluded CHC provide good sales service with reasonable price. I also did research about this company and found that this is medium size company with good attitude and review. I decided to go for it. On the day of installation, the installers came on time and spent 6 hours to install my furnace and air conditioner. They change all pipes and conduit and test them with me. I am happy with their service. They delivered what they promised so far. The furnace works well for last few days. Raiden still answer my questions promptly. I highly recommend CHC to anyone who is looking new HVAC.

Raiden is super responsive and transparent throughout the booking process. His team arrived on time as promised and worked the fullday for both the hotwater tank and aircon install and was meticulous. I gave a 9 instead of 10 because of the delay between booking and instal date but Raiden was very transparent and explain that one of the crew member had an injury. The aircon replacement was complicated as it was on rooftop and a crane was needed to lift with crew separately accessing rooftop, which require experienced person. We are glad we waited. They also removed and will return the old rental water tank within 14 days for us. Thanksfor the great job!

I would like to highly recommend the Constant Home comfort and sales Bruce to my friends, especially his experience and advice for my house and rebate program. It helps to save a lot and the furnace is quitter . The install technicians are professional and made cleaning job .

Bruce and his Team were absolutely fantastic...Exactly what was quoted was done...Price was fair and Bruce took the time to explain what was going to happen and his team showed up on time and did exactly what was promised! Highly recommend Constant Home Comfort...Ask for Bruce!!!!

The salesman Evan was very attentive and addressed all my concerns. The installation guys tried to cut corners and do quick work. In the contract I was promised a concrete slab and an outside connection box. They did not put the pad or change the connection box which was rusted. When I pointed their omissions, they claimed I did not tell them. I had to call the company and they came back to change the connection box. They left me with a bad feeling that they could not be trusted to act in the interest of the customer.
