Bruce and his Team were absolutely fantastic...Exactly what was quoted was done...Price was fair and Bruce took the time to explain what was going to happen and his team showed up on time and did exactly what was promised! Highly recommend Constant Home Comfort...Ask for Bruce!!!!

The salesman Evan was very attentive and addressed all my concerns. The installation guys tried to cut corners and do quick work. In the contract I was promised a concrete slab and an outside connection box. They did not put the pad or change the connection box which was rusted. When I pointed their omissions, they claimed I did not tell them. I had to call the company and they came back to change the connection box. They left me with a bad feeling that they could not be trusted to act in the interest of the customer.

The technicians are professional. And i'd like to specifically mention that our sales councellors: Bruce. Make sure you guys get your appointment with him, professional, reliable, patient and kind.

The last service with Constant Home Comfort was a real nightmare for me. Anyway, I thank them for repairing my AC system in 2 weeks. Upon Diagnostics & repairs all went right but during payment, it made situation look bad. Just a suggestion, CHC should consider giving electronic/Components know how training to their dear techs. Their tech showed me irrelevant parts which I never excepted they lack electronics knowledge. I being a component level electronic tech exactly knew what wrong CHC techs showed/told me. But these are things which CHC should consider. The scene began when the payment time came. A huge $$$ amount was shown to me on his phone which I debated & told him that a lower amount was told to be by the CSR when I spoke to them a week earlier. Upon much insistence I told him to call the office, which he did after a while & then I insisted him to let me talk to the CSR. He was not allowing me before but after much insistence he let me talk., & then she told me the breakdown which was much less than the amount showed to me on his phone. I have no idea what was on the techs mind., that is for CHC to discover??? I said I will pay all this money but please just test the heater whether its working, upon which he got furious & said that he would not check anything else & if I did not pay, he would take out all the parts he installed, HOW PROFESSIONAL!!!. My wife did not want to create a scene & just gave the money to him to let him go from our house. Indeed, this was an experience., Will I ever call CHC for service???? I think the owner believes in return customer but due to someones ignorance, a bad impression is created. We, in our business believe in honesty & gaining trust & go above & beyond to satisfy our dear customers, & then have pride in earning from them. Question arises that for MFG warranty work we charge MFGs ONLY, NOT the Customers. Why does CHC charge DOUBLE?? warranty replacement parts from MFG & then us? Maybe HVAC Industry is different, but charges should be reasonable enough as they charge MFG too. I only wish my message is read/spread by all so that a right company is chosen for any house job as in this money-oriented world people fail to realize that customers are our pride & dignity & one should strive to achieve their satisfaction.

We were so depressed after hiring two irresponsible licensed electricians to fix our AC which did not start when we turn it on after the winter. It has lead to a blew up of the furnace panel then the blower of our furnace with a short circuit from a mix matched wire from the AC and left us in tears, a big mess and $1200 paid for nothing. We called up Bruce from Constant Home Comfort asap. They have helped us for the attic insulation a few years ago. Bruce and his supervisor came to look at the situation within 24 hours of our call. We have to replace the furnace as the cost to change the pieces is not efficient but luckily the AC is fine. Within five days, a new furnace arrived and was replaced by two incredible skilled licensed technicians! The work was difficult, we know, because they need to add a bottom return with the install but they made us feel as it was such a simple task. They were respectful, professional and very clean. We were blessed to have made this call. Bruce and his team have provided comfort to our problem. I have already recommend them to my friends and will recommend them to anyone in need for their services without hesitation!

We checked around to replace our rental leaky old water heater and eventually went with Constant Home Comfort to install a Navien tankless heater. Daniel was very responsive to our inquiries and also helped us return the old water tank and the team that came to install the heater was professional and followed the necessary health and safety precautions. The price was better than the other companies.

We got referred by a friend to Constant Home Comfort to replace our Boiler (Furnace). We ended up getting the Nevian Boiler/Tankless hot water combo. We are so glad we got Bruce and his team to do the job. Bruce is honest and nice and professional. The cost was much lower than the other providers. The service was quick and professional. Bruce contacted us several times after to follow up to ensure the Boiler working. He arranged for us to have Energy Audit so we could apply for the Government Energy Credit Rebate. We will definitely recommend Bruce and his team to family and friends. Give Bruce a call and You will be glad you did. They are the best.

After a lengthy search of a service provider, I ended up with Constant Home Comfort. Bruce and his team exhibited the highest degree of competence in the performance of their job. Kudos to you guys for doing an excellent job. The most important part of your service is the basic education you shared in taking care of the units which I never knew at the outset.

From the salesperson who came to check in the early stage to the construction and installation personnel in the later stage, they were very careful and patient and gave me answers to questions and good suggestions, which made me very satisfied.

The staff member of Constant Home Comfort gave me a good suggestion about the heating system of my house. Their service are quick and excellent. The price is reasonable.
