Its not every day I write a review, in fact this is the first ever. Its been 40 years since we moved into our new home. During that time I worked as a rehabilitation specialist, had little knowledge of construction. Assembling a barbeque might have been one of my first projects, I couldnt follow the instructions as I am a visual learner and there was no one around to help. What I was left with was half a dozen bolts and screws. Even with the missing parts, it still worked. From that time on I became interested in the joy of working with my hands and the satisfaction of a projected well done. I learned by trial and error and I found that to get advice was near impossible. In the forty years, I have had only a half a dozen people do any work for me, some did not meet my standards.
Which brings me to my review of Star Kitchen Design Studio. Prior to going to Star, I shopped around several places. A few companies offered to provide information, but unless I signed a contract they would not come to my house, in addition since I have a small kitchen, I was shocked at the cost of a new kitchen and they did not seem to fit into my budget. A few years back my son ordered a kitchen from Star, and recommended that I contact them. I met with Arik, who made arrangements to meet me at my home. He gave us helpful information and suggestions. Since I knew my materials, I left the rest to my wife and what she would like in a kitchen design. Then as a follow up I met with Ariks partner Michael, who was also very knowledgeable. Minor changes were made to the plan and a start date was established. What was some of the most important elements of dealing with Star were, quality of work, great design, timeliness, and if I had any concerns I just called and someone came out the same day to make any adjustments. Im not certain if other companys would have done the same, I was very satisfied and as a result would recommend Star Kitchen Design. This is an honest review.
