I communicated with three members of the excellent team - Mohd from Sales, Monica from customer service and Ozzie, the person who did the real excellent job. I have an excellent input for all the three. Ozzie, the gentleman who enacted the walk in closets, is a thorough gentleman, excellent in his job with amazing knowledge. I got three walk-inclosets made. He came at 7.30 am, as promised and completed the job before 4.30 pm. He knew his job, so well that I didn't go the closets before he came down and informed that the job is completed. He cleaned up the area thoroughly. The look of the house did not reflect that the gentleman was working for 9 hours. I thank the management for hiring awesome people. Thank you Monica, thank you Mohd.

Enjoyed every step working with Closets by Design. Excellent communication from the customer service rep. Installers were punctual, respectful and hard workers. Set up the 2 areas in 4 hours with a great result.

Love our new walk-in closet! Had a great experience with this company - right from the first call with the office, to meeting the designer, Helen, who was exceptional, knowledgeable and personable, and then meeting the installer, Guy, who was also exceptionable, personable, and did a fantastic and meticulous job installing the new closet. Such a great experience! There was a minor hiccup but Abby at the CBD Barrie office was instrumental in easing my nerves and helping me rectify the situation! The installer Guy was fabulous! Such a sweet, personable and knowledgeable installer. He did an amazing job installing both reach in closets! The best part was how quick and efficient the installation was. My only suggestion would be to ensure the designers who come to do the consultations explain some key points a bit more clearly. Highly recommend Closets by Design!

The installation went so smoothly. There was no cutting required whatsoever . The Installer (Guy) was highly skilled and very professional and very cheerful to boot! He answered all my queries without any hesitation. I would highly recommend the Company particularly the installation fellow named Guy!

Big job, 6 bedrooms (2 walk-ins). Very professional, excellent sales and installation from start to finish, great quality workmanship and everyone a pleasure to work with..very accommodating to our needs and schedule. I had my bedroom closet done. My interaction with the company, from the first call until the installation day, was flawless. The staff from the office, and the installer, were very polite and professional. This is the second closet I have done with this company. Highly recommend it!

We have had many closet installs over the years with various companies and this one was by far the most pleasant and seamless experience. Teegans attention to design detail was perfect. Our installer Guy made all the difference with his care and respect for our home. Great job by sales team and installer. I like the closets and they instal was seamless BUT it is far too pricey. I did not want to do it myself so I paid the price.

I used Closets by Design (from Barrie) for 8 closets in a brand new home in the Town of Blue Mountain. Lauren was the designer. She was very professional, came on the appointed time, measured everything very efficiently, asked for my ideas, made suggestions, and created an estimate on the spot for the 8 closets just to give me a ballpark. I compared to other companies, and chose CBD to proceed. We then refined the design a bit more, Lauren came to the site again to double check some measurements, and we had a few more conversations via text or phone. Overall Lauren was doing everything she could to make sure the design met my expectations of function and price. The date set for the installation was 2 months away (yes, they are busy), but they came on the planned date. (After giving me reminders on the week before.) Mark was the chief installer, and he was excellent. He addressed questions I had about double panels, made some minor adjustments that I asked without compromising the design, and seemed to really care that I be satisfied with the results. It took them 2 days to finish the installation, and they worked full days, no time wasted. They worked quietly and fast, left no mess at all, and knew what they were doing. In the end I was very pleased with the process and the results. I would highly recommend CBD Barrie for anyone looking for closets in the vicinity, and I will certainly use them again.
